1. Back extensions — 4 × 20
2. Barbell Row — 4 × 8
3. Wide-Grip Pulldown — 4 × 10
4. Cable Row — 3 × 12
5. Rear Delt Fly — 3 × 15
6. Barbell Curl — 3 × 10
