Vintage MC Sports mail order magazine advertisement from 1983. Another fantastic line up from the great retailer, this time concentrating on Puma footwear including football boots. The models of trainers pictured are all proper Casual icons. As well as the G Vilas and California, I absolutely love the look of the Pele Rio. Some superb football boots available too. Vintage adidas EQT Tennis Lite featured in a 1990 catalogue. Did anyone else ever have a pair of these beauties? I had a pair back in the early 90s which I bought from a mail order company. I thought they were the closest thing I had seen to a Trimm Trab or Grand Slam style shoe from adidas in many years. Thanks to Stefan @the_adi333 for sending this fantastic picture to me. Vintage Fila White Rock sail cloth jacket made in Italy in the very early 80s. I have always loved these multi purpose coats which can be bolstered by a clip in quilted lining if necessary. They were used for sailing and mountaineering originally but also became a standout style piece amongst 80s Casuals. This is one of my favourite colour combinations. Vintage Sergio Tacchini diamond quilted ski jacket made in Italy in the early 80s. This particular design came in a few different colour versions but this is one of the lesser seen options.
