🌵 CACTUS RAFF IS HERE 💥👈. BANG BANG ! Multi-Media Creator.
POSTS STORIES REELS
Hi. As mentioned in 2025, my father unfortunately passed away. While I continue to process that grief, I’ve been holding onto the wishes he shared while he was alive. One of his biggest dreams was that if he ever won the lottery, he would build a children’s hospital—not just to treat kids with serious conditions, but to help families navigate the financial and insurance burdens that come with it. While that dream didn’t happen, his desire to give back did—and that’s something I intend to carry forward. In addition to the Cactus Raff graphic tee supporting the Epilepsy Foundation (see previous post), I’ve created two more designs: one for TGSR Media Productions and a Punk Raffnation design. Just like the Cactus Raff tee, these designs and related merch will support two specific charities: The TGSR Media Productions merch will benefit the Children’s Health Foundation Ireland, supporting children facing serious illnesses in my father’s native descent. The Raffnation Punk merch will support Shriners Children’s Hospital in the U.S., which provides specialized pediatric care for orthopedic, spinal, and injury recovery while supporting families through difficult times. Starting today through the end of the year, the majority of proceeds from all merch (not all, due to shipping and business costs) will be donated to these charities in honor of my dad. I’ll also be making separate private donations to each at the end of the year. Link in bio to purchase via raffnationstore.printify.me or via my bio. Thank you for taking the time to read and for any support or shares—it truly means a lot. Photos taken by Mitch Rivera Talent featured Jessica Winship & Victoria Da-Costa by @raffnation
One year ago this month, I almost died. That’s why I’ve been offline. After a near-death experience and multiple seizures, I was hospitalized and diagnosed with epilepsy. It’s taken this entire year to get to where I am now. I’m much better—but the journey isn’t over. If you live with this, you already know the weight it carries. If you don’t, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Last year was one of the hardest in my life. Alongside epilepsy, I was laid off from all my jobs professionally and creatively while also grieving multiple losses, including my father the week before Christmas. Rest in great spirits, Dad. Through it all, I was held up by family, friends, and loved ones. Thank you truly ❤️ During that time, I met wrestling legend Mick Foley at his “40 Years of Foley” show. Growing up, he was my favorite. Meeting him felt like meeting a hero. I shared my story and asked for his blessing to create a persona inspired by “Cactus Jack” called “Cactus Raff,” along with a shirt design. He said yes—with one condition: “Try and be a better person.” Emphasis on try. So that’s what I’m doing. From now through the end of the year, the majority of proceeds from Cactus Raff shirt sales (not all due to costs) will be donated to the Epilepsy Foundation. I’ll also be making a separate private donation on 12/31/26. This is my way of trying—to give back, to grow, and to honor everyone who’s supported me for almost two decades. Link in bio to purchase. Life is massively short. Do what feels right and positive in your soul. I’m grateful to be here, one day at a time, and ready to move forward. I almost died in order for me to live a new life. I will KEEP FIGHTING to be seizure-free. YOU ARE GOING DOWN EPILEPSY!!!! Thank you—and Bang Bang! 💥🌵👈💥 Cactus Raff Video filmed by Sofia (Let’s Transcend) Cactus Raff Photos taken by Mitchell Rivera Cactus Raff Theme song created by Karla Sro by @raffnation

Many of you are new to my Instagram profile, so I wanted to briefly explain my story and also give a major brain update for those who have already been here on this account. Last year, I almost died. I was unfortunately diagnosed with epilepsy after experiencing a multitude of seizures over an extended period of time. All of this happened while I was going through the process of getting laid off from all of my professional and creative jobs, with the worst of all being my father passing away. Last year was beyond horrific. Almost a year and a half later, I can happily say that I am now 10 months seizure-free! More importantly, after undergoing an extensive, multiple-day brain scan, shown in the picture, I have been cleared to do all activities within my epilepsy guidelines! This is a huge step forward in my recovery and quality of life, and I won't waste it. Beyond grateful for this news, and I appreciate all the support from everyone here during this time. I am determined to get stronger 💪🏿 and stronger 💪🏿 each day 😤 and to be the best version of myself. Enjoy your lives. Do not waste time. It can all be gone at any time. Take care of yourselves and do everything you want to do that makes you happy and fulfilled. Thanks for reading. by @raffnation
