Nine months ago I decided to face one of my biggest insecurities — learning how to dance. I had no idea how much love I would find through this practice… not just within myself, but from the many beautiful people I’ve met and friends I’ve made along the way. As someone who constantly chases perfection, my favorite thing about this clip is how imperfect it is. The room is messy. I look tired as fuck. The angles aren’t perfect. Nothing is polished — and that’s exactly why I love it. What is real here is the connection. The trust, playfulness, and presence that @melaniie.dance and I share in this moment. Dance has done more than teach me steps. It’s built my confidence, helped me be more silly, sharpened my sense of humor, and taken me to places I always dreamed of going — like Mexico — surrounded by amazing humans and unforgettable experiences. So yeah… don’t be surprised if this account starts featuring more dance moves. 😏 Partner: @melaniie.dance Video by: @andie.avatar #Dance #BrazilianZouk #PartnerDancing #Zouk #Connection by @rafijerez
Haters will say these were AI generated 😂 I’m posting these to remind myself that I don’t need to go to extremes to accomplish a similar result. I may not get as lean, but I sure as hell will enjoy life that much more. #Growth #Bodybuilding #PersonalTrainer #BetOnYourself by @rafijerez
