Well, here’s my revised intro video. Thanks so much to my @ugcmastery.academy coach @jennpalfreyman for such great feedback and for helping through this whole process.

Thanks so much too for @nateflakecreates for putting together this program! I am so thankful to be here and so thankful for this amazing and supportive community! 🥺🙏🏼

As UGC creators, we have brands ask us to create content for all sorts of professions or products, and that’s the exciting part of being a UGC creator.

What’s your next UGC project/campaign? Shoot me a DM or send me an email at rafsugc@gmail.com and let’s collaborate on some great content!

Out here getting in some content as a UGC creator for a new project. It’s Sunday, I’m doing a little work, but I’m doing something I enjoy.

If you want to learn more about what UGC (User Generated Content) is, you can check out the link in my bio to a free masterclass given on Monday nights by @nateflakecreates

I’m at @pythagoras.space celebrating #worldveganday and the first day of their soft opening to the public at their new location in the #heightshouston

I celebrated with the Astro Dog and great conversation. It was so great to see so many customer’s coming in to celebrate too!!

We love you Pythagoras and we are so glad to see you open again!! ♥️🔥🌱

What’s one of your morning routine’s?
My daughter introduced me to the @bodum pour over coffee maker and the @traderjoes coffee you see here. It’s a great way to start the day!!

Getting some work in this Sunday. Thankful for this talking head UGC work right now, especially with what’s going on with me physically. I have an MRI tomorrow and a nerve test on Wednesday. Hoping to find out more of what’s going on with me so I can get back to being ME. 🙏🏼

A little life update…
I haven’t been on here much lately and it’s because I haven’t been feeling like, me for a while.

Not only am I dealing with whatever is going on with my calves, but also sciatica, and I broke my pinky toe over a month and a half ago. I can’t even wear shoes because it still hurts and I think it healed crooked or something.

It has been a very interesting month and a half, and I have felt very defeated by all of this. Despite feeling defeated, I haven’t really let it get me down. I remain hopeful and optimistic and I’m thankful I haven’t had any shoe brands reach out to me 🤣🤣

I’ve had a few app brands reach out and I’m thankful for those and some others that don’t require much physical activity. But I want to get better so that can change. Bring in the athletic brands, the supplement brands, etc.

Stay well my friends and stay healthy and strong.
