For my Eurotrip this summer I went to France to run in the alps through the country with the homies and aura farm type shi🤘🏾🇫🇷 284 miles later and I’m missing that ride.

Back in LA. Back to work. In recovery. Getting new tattoos. Plotting on my next moves. Might start Duolingo for the thrill. I’m just raw dogging this life fr. Thankfully it’s been working out in my favor. Uh oh!

What. A. Life. Still unpacking this magnitude of this adventure and milestone. TSP CHX26 (@thespeedproject ). Chamonix to Marseille. From the mountains to the sea. 284 miles. 36,760 ft of elevation gain. Our team completed this in 47 hours 25 minutes. Very proud of the runners and crew we had that came together and navigated through this journey with. Forever grateful for the bonds I’ve built with those that are as wild as me and we grow through doing hard things together. We did that shit!

Gentle lives tell no stories. Running from LA to Vegas only a few months ago, to running through the French alps, has further raised the bar for what is capable for me and those that endured through this. I’m changed forever. My first time in France I was able to run through the country and see it in this very unique and rare intimate setting. All praise to team @oruzu.world and for @altrarunning for sponsoring us and seeing the vision of what our team represents. I love the ethos of @thespeedproject and the team involved with the dynamics of providing this space for the wild ones. We stepped into a portal.

I’m so proud of myself. The life I’ve lived up til now has all come together to have me prepared to rise to the occasion and overcome. So thankful for trusting my intuition and making the necessary sacrifices to make this work and to have me prepared. The long nights. The early mornings. The discipline of restriction. Upholding boundaries to protect this dream. Sharpening my mind and spirit to remain strong and consistent. I know what I’m capable of and I know my value and what I bring to the table. You get exposed out there and I honor myself with finding I love who I am and I will not bend the knee when tested. Looking forward to what the next adventure brings. Here am I, send me.

France I am in love with you. A special place in my heart will forever be there. Another portal for me in this life. I shall return to you over and over again. À la prochaine 🌹🐐🏔️❤️‍🔥

All Races Welcome means that we’re up for any challenge. Chamonix has tested us early in the race with light to heavy rain, muddy trails, injury and course diversions. The team kept their composure and pushed through. Blue skies and sunshine greeted us after 10 hours of rain. Rain or shine these horses won’t stop 🐎

CEASE & DESIST V

All we got to say is that this race is FUN AF!! We run because it’s fun and it gives us a chance to connect. The run clubs, the solo runs, the homie runs they’re all fun in their own way, but unsanctioned relay races are just our bag and @koreatownrunclub puts on one of the best! This will not be the last time you see ORUZU at C&D! Can’t wait for next year!

Team ORUZU - Cease & Desist V

C&D is a race we had our eyes on for awhile. The energy from past races looked incredible and we knew we wanted in! 17 miles from DTLA to Santa Monica was a fever dream! Energy was on 💯 from the time we got to the start line throughout the entire race. One of the funnest races we’ve done. Definitely getting after it again next year!

🤘🏾9 YEARS IN LA 🤘🏾

What a ride it’s been ❤️‍🔥 I’m so grateful for listening to my gut and honoring the call to come out to the west coast. No network. No blueprint. Barely any money. I just decided and dropped out of college to take the leap. I could live with failing as long as I tried. Nothing but desire and curiosity to help me find my way 👽

Each year out here has been an upgrade. An affirmation to continue on this path. There is more for me to see and to trust the process as it unfolds. You will never feel fully ready to take a risk on yourself and do something that can appear scary. Do it anyways. If you feel your soul calling for something that’s part of your life path, honor it and see what answers are in store for you with your journey. Be willing to fail and learn. That’s the best way to grow. You have to upgrade the old operating systems of belief and see what’s capable. Anything is possible ⚔️

I can proudly say this has been the best year all across the board for me in my life and especially out here. I’m understanding it more and more. They say it takes 10 years to really start to establish yourself out here and I can see the truth in that now. I shall continue remaining a student of life and never stop toeing the line 🐺

You never know what events will come and shape you while you strive for your dreams. I see how everything that has happened has been in my favor and God’s plan has always been better than my own. I’m in a space now where I’m more open and not trying to control outcomes. I’m letting life surprise me and it’s been going up since. This has been an adventure of a lifetime. I’m eternally grateful for community I’ve built along the way. For the new job opportunities I’ve been provided with that I start tomorrow. Next stop after that is racing in Europe with @oruzu.world so I’m remaining focused and dedicated to my goals. Life is so much like an ultra marathon, all of your experiences pour into your initial training, and you learn to focus on a mile at a time rather than project yourself towards the final laps of the race.
