A year ago, I knew enough about AI to be curious.Today, I’m incredibly grateful to be named in the AIM 100: India’s Most Influential People Shaping AI in 2026. The last nine months at Google have been one of the steepest learning curves of my career. Every founder conversation, every product demo, every early-morning rabbit hole, the many flights, every question that made me realize how much more there was to learn - it continues to compound.What makes this recognition even more meaningful is that it isn’t for building AI itself. It’s for being a force multiplier - helping founders, researchers, investors, and operators come together so more AI gets built, faster. My favorite part of the job for sure! The feature also captures a lot of the work we’ve been fortunate to do this year - from the Google for Startups Sprint and Immersion to Startup School, and the incredible founders and ecosystem partners who continue to build alongside us. None of this happens in isolation!Shout out to my brilliant friends at @googleforstartups for making this such an unforgettable ride <3Ngl - also surreal to find myself on a list alongside so many friends and leaders I’ve admired for years, and especially to share it with a fellow Googler and our country manager Preeti Lobana.Still learning. lotta food dumps incoming, here’s the first 🤰– possibly the best scallop crudo i’ve eaten in my life at progress, sf– lupa’s mushroom tortellini in truffle oil still living rent free in my head 🍄‍🟫 – soka bangalore: drinks? excellent. food? wanted to love it more than i actually did. painfully average ceviche.– bhawan always makes me feel at home with the food and service. don’t miss the mango specials on the menu!– have basically been surviving on room service breakfasts lately and weirdly no complaints about leela’s signature spread in bed – breakfast at mjol in gurgaon has quietly become a favourite 🍳 – trident hyderabad continues to feel like home everytime i’m in that part of the city for work. the fresh mangoes, chicken 65 and curd rice combo is elite hospitality.– vegas hotel food mostly disappointed but there was one surprisingly solid meal. rare win - obvs asian 🍜 – hotpot champ in sf chinatown = worth the hype. ordered the famous boat situation and fully understood the obsession.– tartine bakes? incredible. sandwiches? heavy. portions? aggressively american.– tony’s pizza in sf unfortunately disappointed me. would not repeat!– a random dumpling house delivery in sf pleasantly surprised me. next time, definitely dining in!– my hotel in mountain view unexpectedly delivered with a lobster roll i’m still thinking about 🦞 – the bartender at progress convinced me to order the only veg dish i’ve voluntarily wanted — some asparagus with lime pickle yoghurt. annoyingly good!!– my first sf meal was from z&y restaurant - way too many peppers, portions too large, still good.– black cod that i basically inhaled at progress (except the 🫛)– and finally, kerala beginning exactly how it should: seagull crabs! by @ragingdas
