On MC duties yesterday at the first Proper Comedy night at @thekingstheatregloucester 🎤😂

The evening flew by and everyone had a brilliant time with all acts putting in a brilliant performance that left the audience already asking about the next one.

So, if you see it advertised, make sure to get your tickets! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Such a brilliant evening at a packed out @beefys.comedy.club seeing the hardcore legend that is @realmickfoley 's '40 Years of Foley'.

Have watched Mick wrestle for decades, so it was cool to hear his stories, and lots of laughs were had. Great show! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been feeling quite stressed, anxious and overworked recently. Burning the candle at both ends, as they say.

Deadlines and competing with myself to get the work done.

I've been too busy to go to the gym, lost my mojo for it and have been eating and drinking too much.
What this means is that I'm not in the shape that I would like to be. Even if it's just the odd stone.

Also, I blame the hot weather. I don't like training inside when it's sunny outside. (I know, I could train outside but you try moving a Pec deck outside.)

Anyway, last night I was editing but then at 9:00PM I suddenly downed tools and thought "Screw it I'm going to the gym!"

I prefer to train in the mornings but I'm glad I went!

I whacked on some Rage Against the Machine and let out some frustration. And man, it felt good.

Got home and worked until 23.30. Got up at 5.30 and at the gym for 6.15am this morning.

Anyway, I'm just putting this out there to remind you not to let life and work get in the way of things you enjoy.

Unless of course, you have a massive mortgage you need to pay off.

Oh....
