I remember this day in Playa Del Carmen, where there was chaos concerning some attacks in Mexico.

Schools got closed, they proposed people staying inside / safe.

Me and some friends went to the almost empty beach and the weather and energy in the air was funky.

I felt like moving in calmth and find peace in the chaos.

In life we can experience so much fear, stress, turbulence, and feeling lost in direction or stuck in our bodies (emotions, mind…)

Believe me when I say I am going through a lot of messiness myself currenlty…

The medicine that never leaves me is breath, movement, a sacred and safe place to ‘be’ and to hold space for myself or another. As others to for me in their beautiful ways.

Since returning to Europe, I feel deeply inspired to open space for 1:1 sessions again 🤍

A space where you can share, move, feel, release, reconnect, and receive support exactly where you are.

Together we explore:

~ what is alive in you right now
~ what your body is holding
~ what wants to move or be expressed
~ what you truly need

You don’t need to be a dancer. I go beyond the steps.

This can look like:
deep stretches, shaking, intuitive movement, breathwork, stillness, emotional release, conversation, or simply being witnessed in your expression.

I open up my agenda for 5 people 🤍
Online or real life (currently in The Netherlands)

I offer a free discovery call to feel if we are a match.

Send me a DM or react under this video with MOVE

We got this.. 🌸

Prayer for peace

And as long as our heart beats, may it beat love into this world.
It’s about finding and being inner peace in yourself. And fromout yourself, flow it into the world.

‘The distant pounding of her heart let them know that she was there. She had been there from the beginning, she would be there in the end. With all her beauty, grace and wisdom she is forever, the Raven.’

Shamballa Vision Festival @shamballa.vision.festival
#1 of #2 ~ Summer Equinox

This was with the summer solstice in June where I celebrated my birthday with old and new familia ❣️

The first picture was taken with a drum circle in which movement and healing / celebration around the fire occurred.
Woman gathered in the middle, and the drums were surrounding us. 🔥

The second with a ceremony where the directions were invited.

Music.. Movement.. Drum circles.. Fire.. Cacao.. healing, truth, shining our Light

With the Autumn Equinox I was back in the north of France with a full moon oh lala.

And what started in summer, expanded in this edition that I will post soon. In this post you see a gentle recording of an intuitive song, in the last edition I recorded around 5 songs leading with my voice and a wonderful group of people and many instruments, can’t wait to share that!!

Also the Spirates of Carry your own Being lit a beautiful horse that unfortunately didn’t fully burn.. till this autumn gathering, in which I was part of our beautiful performance as the Goddess of Power 🌬️🤍

It is wonderful to start the summer in full sunshine beams, and to end festival season with the autumn energy.

Divine Discoball 🪩

Wauw it has been 1,5 years that I stepped into a battle.

@oym.event has been my birth of experimental dance, with over 10 years of stepping into more exploration, freedom and embrace of the moment, while being watched.

It was time to see how the Prayer for Peace white Raven Goddess would react on this intuïtive moment.
Was it the best round ever, no. What is best? :)

Just being present and accepting of what is.. even when feeling it and feeling moments of not feeling it.

MEDICINE FESTIVAL ‘24 - ‘26❤️‍🔥
@medicinefestival

Wauw. Two years ago I went to Medicine Festival for the first time. I was going through profound healing, and in the same time I felt so home and celebrated.

I have never been in such a big diversity of cultures in one place. People and wisdom keepers from all over the world gather, and the prayer and manifestation of +- 9.000 and now probably 10.000 people is super powerful. Even on the field I remember I ‘played’ with thought and manifestations, and everything got reflected back to me by people and nature.

I remember one profound moment where I was stretching and someone asked me to play the didgeridoo for me. I was laying down and talking with the Lion and Jaguar, and how to integrate this within me in a healthy way that fits me.

Also I was hopping on stage, as a dancer next to Mose.

Now, this year I got invited to be a performer. Guess what, as the Jaguar. I applied for two persons, but somehow God wants me to stand in my own power. With the sun, new moon and eclipse in Leo, I know I am ready. As always. Let’s go ❤️‍🔥🐆

And.. I am looking forward to meet many friends, that I either met at Medicine or other places. Also new friends.. deep connections.. joy.. abundance.. blessings.. opportunities.. love.. being and feeling in my power. Connected. Celebrated. Home! 🤍

Ahé! 🧿🪬🧿

The Jaguar @summerdreamfestival 🐆❤️‍🔥

This is the second year in row being of service at SummerDream Festival in Germany! A psy-trance festival with much love and respect, and a healing area where I also facilitated my Sound, Meditation and Movement Journey 🧘🏻‍♀️

Opening the lands and festival with prayer, sound and movement together with @psylocibelunarcirko
Then I invited everyone to join the movement and get our bodies ready for the first DJ set!

Beautiful performances with amazing DJ’s, roaming around in the field and having wonderful interactions with people. This archetype is not just a performer, but also connects with the land and the people, with an protective, open, loving and kind spirit of the Jaguar (and all of me ;)

With the utmost respect and honour to the Mexican Tradition, where I learned and integrated the prayers, created this clothing with help myself, and dived into the movement and sound, to make it my own alongside my collected knowledge and wisdom of other cultures, dance, yoga, sound, and more. All with the divine love for the cosmos, mother Earth, nature, and our Hearts and human beings.

You can book the Jaguar for your festivals, retreats and events 🤍🌹

See you next year! 🤩

Throwback to one of the first festivals on the list of early summer!

I am uploading my work and projects that I had this summer and add some materials to it. I am creating time and space now to share more of my work online.

@movementfestival.nl was a beautiful festival @landgoedottermeer in the Netherlands! Thank you for the invite @madeby.jera 🤍

I had the privilege to share a Morning Movement Practice in which we gave the body what it needed, listen deeply, have juicy stretches and move the body with the elements. Intuïtive yet guided, so there is a space to See and Meet the participants in their truth, and support and activate the body, soul and mind in a way that supports your emotional well being and the great start into flow and readiness for the rest of your beautiful day!

It was beautiful to come together with great artists, many workshops, fire jams, singing circles and performances! I ended up in a spontaneous fire performance too 🔥

Thank you for having me, looking forward to another edition! And check out their page for events and updates 💃🏻✨
