This album has been in the works for so long. As an artist, we put this pressure on us that the songs have to be “perfect” and that it’s been too long since we last released. I’ve been working almost every night, feeling my emotions, healing my wounds~ the deep and new.

The reality is that creating an album is extremely difficult and sharing it with the world is so nerve wracking. My music is apart of me. Every song is a story. My heart and soul is poured into each lyric and note. I’m working on me and I’m working on sharing my stories with the world. ❣️

The day has come! 🥹 (Long post ahead)

It is such an honor and a blessing to be living and making my dreams come true. Music has always been a huge passion in my life and I have always thought about being in a band. Can anybody guess how I found these wonderful humans?! When I was thinking about joining a band, I never really knew what type of genre it was gonna be, because I truly enjoy all genres.

However, there are certain genres I feel more passionate about and genres that I do listen to a little more. I grew up on reggae. I would go to my great uncle and aunts house, they would be babysitting me and I would be in the basement watching my two great uncles play pool. Bob Marley, Bob Dylan, the Fugees. It was always just good music. I never thought reggae would have such a big impact on my life. I am so grateful for my time with the people in this band. I will never have another first band and I’m so grateful that it was with you guys; Julian, Bini, Nick, and Nate.

Thank you so much to everybody that has supported me on this journey; coming to my shows, sharing my posts. It truly means the world.

First picture is from our first gig at #northstarbar! If you’re free tonight, come to #theturfclub for our last gig! We’re on at 7:30 so get there early! THANK YOU!! 🫶🏼🥰

I am so grateful for this life experience. Of Two Lions will always roar in my heart. 💓🥹🦁
