One simple way we can help save the monarch butterflies is by not mowing certain areas of grass. When we let the milkweed grow wild and free, it becomes a sanctuary—a place where monarchs can lay their eggs and their caterpillars can safely hatch, eat, and grow. By protecting these patches of milkweed, we’re giving the monarchs what they need most: food, shelter, and a chance to thrive. Every blade of uncut grass can be a tiny act of preservation.

LOOK IN THE MIRROR ? 🪞

We are not one … but many

Many aspects OF our personality…

In this season with trials and tribulations

I wanted to share a few contemplations … I’ve had to go through as of late …

It’s hard and it can be sad … but if we face truth and courage … I believe this is the best way to become … WHAT YOU Came here to AWAKEN 💫⚕️

Sometimes the ones you believe will see you and have your back… well, sometimes those are not the ones, I suppose.

Life has a way of directing us where—and to whom—we need to be.

I must admit, being misunderstood and even slandered by those I thought were here to guide, protect and love me the most has been a full stop… shattered into a thousand pieces with sadness.

In the end, I think we all just want to feel loved and accepted.

I’ve worked so incredibly hard to BE good, DO good and SERVE good. And I know there are so many who cherish and love me.

On this Hallows Eve Month, as we journey through the high holidays, we are meant to learn faith. Every action has a reaction, and in truth, it is important to be guided to, by and through LOVE.

May we forgive the trespassers—the thieves, the slanderers, the murderers, the judgers, the witches, warlocks, demons and those who wish us ill will.

How sad to spend even a minute wishing harm upon another.

To those who have lost their way, whose minds became confused by an energy that is not the light of a thousand suns and not the LOVE we truly seek to be and vibe with—I have compassion, empathy and pity for your hardened and misdirected perspective.

Let there be GOOD in the world, and let it begin with me.

I love you ALL.

There are many facets to this thing called life.

Our job is to awaken to TRUE LOVE within US.

To be kind.

To help others.

To serve.

Despite those that don’t.

My favorite brother, castmate, yoga buddy, teacher of health foods, laughter and good vibes. 🎼

A star is a natural luminous body — but stars also change the energy of everything around them.

@woodyharrelson, you changed and helped direct the trajectory of my life in more ways than one, and I’m deeply grateful for all the rooms, stages, conversations and ridiculous laughter we’ve shared along the way.

Everything in your heart and soul has always felt elevated and in technicolor — inspiring conversations about health, yoga, healing food, caring for the Earth, and creating more love and peace in our world.

I will always have the deepest respect and gratitude for the time and space we’ve shared in the name of soul regeneration, healing, yoga, food, love — and FUN.

And forever I bow to the laughter and those wonderfully ridiculous moments we shared… especially the ones I’m very glad had no cameras around. 😂🙏🏽

Take a moment with me. 🤍

A deep breath into the heart.

Maybe take in the aroma of a beautiful essential oil — peppermint and lavender are two of my favorites. 🌿 Choose something you trust, ideally organic and from a source that is transparent about purity and testing. I personally love CPTG oils.

And as we exhale, let’s release the negative ways we may be thinking or feeling about anyone else — the blame, the judgment, the externalizing.

Because the truth is, we cannot control what exists outside of ourselves.

We don’t know what tomorrow brings. Nothing is completely certain. Things we once thought would never change… change.

So right here, right now, let’s breathe and be grateful.

Think of five things. ✨

Maybe you had a plate of food today.
A glass of clean water.
An old friend who still makes you smile.
A book that reminds you who you are.
Maybe you finally cleared one little corner of your home or your desk.

It counts.

These photos commemorate so many moments, including something still very close to our hearts.

Sometime around January 2025, while we were trying to help people displaced after the fires, our beloved kitten was accidentally displaced as well. We still haven’t found her. 💔🐾 We continue to hold hope that she may still be somewhere in our local community.

So, especially as we move toward the holiday season, if anyone happens to recognize or see her, please keep us posted. Miracles happen in unexpected ways.

And beyond that, I want to thank every person in this world who is quietly doing good.

May THAT be what we amplify.

How we do one thing is how we do everything.

Let’s focus on how we want to see the world.
How we want to be in it.
How we want to exist within it.

And then follow through with a few small things every single day that make this world a little kinder, healthier, more beautiful, and more loving.

More gratitude.
More grace.
More follow-through.
More love.

And to everyone who has reached out to me about oils and somehow we never quite completed the connection — I’m still here. 🌿 Happy to be of service whenever you’re ready.

I miss you Mama Maria
I know you’re still alive and I pray I can visit you one day again in your home.

I know you told me to study water … and that’s what I’ve been doing since we met. God necessary and essential it is and powerful and even dangerous it can be if all elements are not balanced.

I feel like it’s always a good time to share your light and love and pray that the the people of our precious earth remember what’s sacred.
