BIG CONGRATS DUE TO THIS MAN!!
We recently launched our Team Member of the Month program, where both team members and customers can nominate the staff here for the award. Chris was our winner hands down for the month of September with 4 nominations! Not only that they were all for different occasions but also by different people. For those of you that don’t know the whole story of how all this came to be, I basically bought out a previous business and retained a few select staff to come onboard and Chris was one of those guys. I could not have made a better decision that day! Chris is such an asset to the RainCity Family, it definitely would not be the same without him. Chris is a funny, kind, whole hearted individual that would give the shirt off his back if you needed it. His knowledge of firearm safety is unmatched, and truly enjoys working with new shooters that come in. His passion for learning and growing his career in this industry just landed him a NRA Instructor certification from @coveryour6shooting and every day Chris is looking for ways to improve the business and enhance the experiences of customers and Team Members alike. Chris takes on a leadership role the minute he walks in the door and is definitely respected as such amongst the team. I could go on forever on how lucky I am to have Chris as part of my team.. Couldn’t be prouder to announce him as the first ever RainCity Team Member of the Month!!! Congrats Swaggy!! taken in Kent, Washington by @raincitytactical
