🚨 Interest Rates are crazy right now 🤯

That’s what I hear almost every day when talking to people about real estate (even other agents!!)

If that is definitively true, how are some of my buyers looking at rates in the 2%, 3%, & 4% ranges? 🤩

There are many ways to achieve a lower than “standard” rate that most people aren’t aware of.

🏡 If you *want* to buy but think that the interest rates are pricing you out of the market, set up a call with me and my team.

I really do love this city. 🤍

Vegas has such a strong entrepreneurial spirit… and not just because the no state income tax is a pretty great bonus. 😉

Growing up around parents who were always building, creating, and launching successful ventures taught me early that mindset matters. So does staying hungry, evolving, and continuing to grow.

Major respect to everyone who took the risk, backed themselves, and decided to bet on their own vision. 🎲✨

And yes… no pillow will ever go unfluffed at one of my showings. 😂

How are people still buying today? One of the smartest ways I've found is what I specialize in... Finding low-rate homes that the current owners are looking to sell and grabbing them for yourself!

🏡 Buy this home at a 2.73% rate in North Las Vegas, 89081.

Take over the seller's existing 2.73% VA loan. Estimated total mortgage payment about $1,459/mo (principal, interest, and property taxes, per the MLS). That number does not include HOA dues or homeowner's insurance.
