hi there! i figured it was time to make a new get to know me post <3
🌸i'm wren!! i'll be 25 on June 26th, and i make upcycled jewelry and handmade stickers :) i began making jewelry as a little kid and rediscovered my love for it after college. My shop opened January 2024 and i've learned so much since then! this year i started vending at markets for the first time and i've had a BLAST!!

🌟i graduated from Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC, with a BA in Visual Art. I began as a graphic design student but quickly switched majors because i loved to draw! my artwork done there still affects my designs today through my use of composition, color and effect. i still sell stickers of my cute pony art that i made during that time. school really burnt me out on creating art though! jewelry was a fun different medium that i fell in love with.

🎀i'm from Statesville, NC, but moved to Durham in 2020. i live with my partner and LOVE of my life, Connor, and our 4 (FOUR!) rescued cats: Capri, Cosmo, Peach, and Ash. We've managed a dispensary together for 3 years! i work there full time in addition to attending local markets on the weekends.
✨sustainability and shopping small is very important to me! all my shipping and jewelry supplies come secondhand from thrifts, scrap, and small businesses like mine. the only thing i order new is metal findings/clasps to make sure your jewelry lasts forever <3 i offer a lifetime warranty for any jewelry i've made that includes free repairs (you just cover shipping!)
🩷i have over 750 Etsy sales, and that doesn't include in-person or other online sales 🥳 my bestsellers are my MLP themed bumper stickers.
💛i believe i do my best work when making customs for other people, please don't hesitate to reach out about designing something together (◕‿◕✿)

i had the BEST time teaching these lovely fairies how to make jewelry to celebrate the summer solstice!

my cup is so full after my first jewelry class 🥺 thank you so much to @neighborhoodmix // @totallydiax and @bebakery.llc and @vessel.durham

everyone's designs were so special and unique, and each personality shown through in their stunning work! we all enjoyed the space and mocktails from @vessel.durham and all went home with a delicious vegan treat from @bebakery.llc <3

Join the Neighborhood Mixer for our Summer Skill Series. We partnered with @raintaii, so you can learn how to make a beaded necklace (like the one featured in the image) all while making new connections. This is a space designed for creativity, connection, and fun whimsy community.
