UPDATED MEET THE ARTIST AFTER 6 YEARS.... hi gang it's Rainy again... I thought I'd finally make an updated #MeetTheArtist after attending my first ever AX and to also finally give Rainysona a proper finished piece of art with a cute outfit... Please enjoy the ensuing samanui photos as a show of how much I enjoy this guy 😌☝️
I definitely feel like I've come a really really long way since my last MTA, somehow the pigtails stayed but everything else sort of changed ?! I've drawn rainysona a lot more than I've ever drawn her before and she's also developed into her own character 🥺 even though I don't really make OCs and only draw fanart, a big thank you to everyone who also enjoy it when I draw her as well!! 💖🎂Happy Birthday RAMUDA!!🎂💖

OH MY GOD MY RAMUDA COLLAB IS LIVE after a month + then some's work.... I bring you guys a DESKTOP WALLPAPER made with the love of 36 different artists' individual Ramudas!!! 🥺💕💖💕 When I first pitched this project... I honestly was expecting like 10 people to join, to draw 20 Ramudas all by myself 😭 the response I got was so supportive, I could have never dreamed so many artists would have donated their Ramudas to my silly birthday party collab. sneefles. I had to up the wallpaper size just to fit them all, CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!!!

A huge, HUGE thank you to each and every friend who joined (or dragged friends into joining HAHA), especially to @/seafoamoc on Twitter for the beautiful contributor graphics, and the secret squad of friends who helped me with quality tweet controls + checking my pngs + put up with me hosting something like this for the first time. I couldn't have done it without any of you 🙇‍♀️💖

um . hi I'm so late but here is my entry for @fishelles 's beautiful beautiful beautiful hotel au dtiys ... There is an on and off glasses Samatoki version because I am crazy biased lol all of the designs for the au are so beautiful... I may have taken a little liberty w Samatokis outfit I wanted to put him in a fancy collar type situation 🥲 why are MTC mahjong-ing together??? Do they even know each other personally like that in this au??? I dunno but I wanted to put them all next to each other bc they're so pretty 🙏
Perspective was the enemy this time u can see right in the speedpaint where I locked tf in (eveyrone say thank you Mel) and then for the coloring beautiful Eni assisted with the lighting (one day i will actually make this Shanti mv theme colored okay TRUST ME) .... the true crowning wonder of this illustration is actually the mahjong game if you can believe it. V set up an entire board for me to look at with the assumption of everyone's playstyles, wind direction they're sitting, all so that the empty seat can have a crazy winning hand 😭😭😭😭 absolutely insane considering I was just gonna have the tiles go 67676767 HAHA

Erm.... Hi guys ...

Angel Samatoki. ANGEL SAMATOKI DON'T EVEN PLAY WITH ME RIGHT NOW OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! 😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏 I want you all to know I had woken up at 5:30 to get ready for work all tired and exhausted and then I opened Instagram and was flashbanged with this design the moment I opened my eyes and when I returned from work I set out to draw him in a feverish haze 🛌 this was not supposed to be a finished piece at all however once I lined the sketch (just for fun) I was like ooohhh what if i colored it like this .. and then i spent the rest of the night staring at fanart of him on twitter. A fantastic 5 hrs spent 😋
Not too sure if I'll draw the others bc I still haven't finished recovering from just SEEING this Samatoki but whenever I vend next I'll absolutely be making this a print and also printing 100000 copies just for myself. I'm so happy with how he turned out 😭🙏 more art is on the horizon I'm still working on the background of a different piece but hopefully I can post that one soon too!

👼😈💖💖 LAST MINUTE AX POSTING....
Before I am banished forever and ever to school related work grind there will be one last Rainy off at AXland funtimes to be had... Come find me days 2 and 3 for either a Ramuda or Jyushi photocard OR if you're a GSGW fan... a J3 one!!! I'm assuming no one will know abt j3 or that i will have them so I'll just. Give them to ppl who r in gsgw cosplay HAHA. Ramujyush is just as planned just come find me ok. Please come find me I'm begging you guys I'm so sad I probably won't be able to con as much in the immediate future 😭
Anwyays as to who I will be cosplaying day 3... It's a fight between Agott and Takasugi rn bc I was originally gonna just do Agott bc this is like. WHA AX low-key but then I was informed of a million Fate related things happening on Saturday so like... WHICH ONE SHOULD I COSPLAY 😭😭😭😭😭 IM SO STUCK by @rainy_windchime

My god... I'm so late to the ghost story release party it's kind of not even funny BUT I've been thinking of this concept for J3 for a while and THEN this trending animation thing becomes a thing? Perfect timing 😎 I fear this was drawn and finished in a feverish haze at like 4am and then the individual animation frames took like another 30 minutes? I haven't done something like this in so long but I'm very happy with how it turned out hehe
More ghost story to come I promise... I just have to crawl out from under the comically large piano hanging over my head (new job). Please look forward to spooky stories must labor

UMMMM RAINY BIRTHDAY POST YES.... 🐰🍰🎂✨ Huge yapfest below

One year older after having spending this entire year in the metaphorical academic torture nexus 😭 going in I knew this year would be super tough,,, the med classes are no joke and of course pharmacology never gets any better. I planned a 5k charity marathon and also built the most deceptively simple cosplay piece I have attempted yet AND opened a semi-ish online order type thing??? So much has happened omg

I would not have made it through without my friends support both old and new .. each and everyday I am so thankful for everyone in my life... This year my beloved middle/highschool friends appeared from the other side of the country to come and see me and my god can you believe it's genuinely been 5 years since I've seen them??? We visited the zoo and the beach and then I drew a bunch of fish at the aquarium. My friends from school also threw me an impromptu birthday celebration while we were eating dinner (I had no idea HAHA) and my god the grocery store icing melting into a huge puddle strikes again but I laughed so hard at the cheesecake AND ALSO IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!!

I want to draw more and do more arts and crafts next year... Class is not gonna let up but things are really looking up and I'm hopeful and excited for the future 🥺🙏 a huge thank you to everyone for continuing to enjoy and support my art, I can never thank you all enough it truely means the world to me that my silly scribbling has reached so many people. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE 6/16 TRIO!!! 🐼🪑🐰💙🧡❤️

Hello it is indeed time for my semi-yearly (LAST YEAR I MISSED IT) @meatpan PANDA🥩🍳🐼 AND @chairwithfeelings CHAIR🪑🧡😢 SHILL. Genuinely year after year I can't believe that I had the great blessing to be born on the same date as these two incredible artists and even more incredible friends. Panda has some of the most crazy impressive composition I've ever seen omg every single new piece whether it's placement of the characters or the scene I'm so blown away 😭🙏 and Chair has the most beautiful lighting they incorporate into literally everything not just the scene but between the characters too.... Both of them are such wizards with color and character interactions GAHHHHH it's always such a delight to see them post. I fondly think about Sonic cafe adventure every day the chili dogs featuring one million little plushie guys is the best. You guys should definitely all go follow those two okay you won't regret it!

In other news, this piece was sort of two years in the making. Last year when I was still level 1 in the ways of fisheye effect I tried to draw line + color a birthday day piece but. The coloring got too intimidating and I ended up not finishing it in lieu of finishing that ramurainy piece that honestly shows how unfamiliar I was with fisheye 😭 I ended up spending the majority of 2025 fisheye lensing multiple pieces (all unposted) and this year I came back with a vengeance and finished this one. And I must say I think it's really good! It took like,, maybe collectively 4 hrs? This time the coloring is the highlight, I really like how the elevator background turned out, especially the mix of colors breaking up the gray. The posters in particular I was very cheesed at finishing, but I ran out of steam when it came to mine so I just 🐰🌠 and called it a day. If you guys ever see these movies showing in a theatre, make sure to go see them okay?

I have more to say but if I end up posting my other birthday piece today I'll yap a lot in that one. This is really just the Panda and Chair appreciation post so everyone go follow them and immediately be blown away with how incredible their work is you hear me? by @rainy_windchime

Hello everyone! Here's the exciting Rainy announcement the whole week has been leading up to... I'm finally, FINALLY opening a mail order form for some of my flat paper goods! 😭🙏💌 It is now possible for you to recieve a very cute, hand packed letter full of stickers, photocards, and or stickersheets all made by yours truly... and all you have to do is fill out the form that will be put in my bio! I'm so excited to finally open this up, I've had so many people reach out to me and ask if I will open an online store one day. While that day is,, still a bit far off I'm proud to at the very least open this form 🙇‍♀️ so if you've been waiting for a chance to obtain some of these goodies... now is your chance! Here's some information for those who are interested in ordering:

💌 I'll be opening this form for the rest of May. For the first batch of orders, I will be reaching out next Thursday, on May 21st to coordinate payment/shipping. Please make sure to look out for a DM from me then!
💌 All orders will be packed in an envelope and sent via snail mail without shipping. Depending on where the letter is being set, it may take up to 2 weeks for your merch to arrive. If a letter has been missing for over 3 weeks, please reach out to me and we can try and work something out!

Well there's just one more amazing post to look forward to tomorrow .... If I finish drawing it on time!!! 😭😭😭 I'm working hard in school and there's been very few opportunities for me to draw,, but I really want to draw more. Some stickers I've made recently! I have yet to redraw my triple Ramuda piece from a few years past but,,, in the meantime here is a sticker based on it instead 🥲 I'm very happy with how these guys turned out! I had initially just done soda MCD, but I thought Abt it some more and added in NB as well.... There should be more shinsei mcd content in the world 😭🙏 one more post tomorrow to finish up my new photocards, and then an exciting new announcement... I hope everyone is excited to hear what it is!! ☺️💕
