Let’s talk about your product. Or that thing that’s keeping you up at night and see if I can help. taken in Pune, Maharashtra by @rajabhai__

I’ve learned this while leading design teams
and working with founders:

If you deliver exactly what’s asked, you’re doing your job.
If you deliver just 10% more, you’re building trust.

That 10% isn’t about working late or overpromising.
It’s about curiosity. Ownership. Initiative.

It’s the part where you say
“What if we tried this version too?”
or
“I noticed this small detail that could make it better.”

That tiny extra effort tells your manager or founder,
“I care about this as much as you do.”

And that changes everything
Because suddenly, you’re not just an executor.
You’re a partner.

👉 The best designers don’t wait for direction.
They create clarity by doing just a little more than what’s written in the brief. taken in Pune, Maharashtra by @rajabhai__
