SOMEWHERE ....BETWEEN .....
SALT HAIR,
SEA AIR
AND BELLY LAUGHS🌊✨⛅🌊✨

9 girls.
From different places.
One beautiful connection.
And one dream Beach vacation… GOA! 🌴🌊

For 3 whole days, we forgot everything else and simply lived.
We laughed till our stomachs hurt, danced like nobody was watching, talked about everything and nothing, ate, explored, relaxed… and made memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. ❤️

Some trips are just trips.
And then there are trips that become a part of your story forever.

No matter how many vacations we take, or how many people we travel with, this one will always hold a special place in my heart. Because it wasn't just about Goa… it was about the nine of us. 🫶

A huge THANK YOU to all my girls, and especially @snazzy_soumi & @monicagulatihanda , for taking the initiative, organising everything and making this dream getaway possible. 🤍

Here's to spontaneous plans, crazy laughter, beautiful friendships and memories we'll keep talking about for years! 🥂✨

Nine girls. One Goa. A lifetime of memories. 💕

Grey khadi cotton, a soulful Sunday brunch, and a little love from a dear friend. 🤍

Draped in this beautiful handmade saree and wearing handmade jewellery gifted by @snazzy_soumi — because the best gifts aren’t always about what they are, but the love they carry. ✨❤️Thank you so much for this beautiful jewellery ❤️🤗🤌🏼

Some Sundays are meant to be slow, soulful and beautifully simple.
Just good food, meaningful conversations, fun and feeling good in your own skin. ✨

I didn't outgrow my roots .🤍

Somewhere along the way,
we were made to believe that being modern meant outgrowing our roots.

But growing older has taught me otherwise.

Today, I don't feel the need to choose between being modern and being traditional.

I can wear a saree with confidence, love my bindi and cherish my bangles.

My culture doesn't make me any less independent, modern or progressive. It is a part of my identity, my memories and my story.

I can celebrate Karwa Chauth, enjoy the rituals, dress up and find happiness in traditions that connect me to my roots.

We don't have to abandon our roots to find our wings. Tradition and modernity can beautifully coexist.

Somewhere along the way, we were made to believe that being modern meant outgrowing our roots. But growing older has taught me otherwise. 🤍

There was a time when perhaps fitting in meant toning down our traditions, choosing what looked fashionable over what felt familiar, and believing that being rooted in our culture wasn't quite cool enough.

Today, I feel differently.

I don't need to choose between being modern and being traditional. I can wear a saree with confidence, love my bindi, cherish my bangles, celebrate my festivals and still be every bit of the independent, modern woman I am.

My culture isn't something I need to outgrow. It's a part of my identity, my memories and my story.

And the most beautiful thing? I no longer dress to fit in. I dress to feel like myself.

Perhaps growing up is not about outgrowing your roots, but learning to embrace them without apology ❤️

Indian culture and traditions, embracing Indian heritage, modern Indian woman, traditional Indian fashion, saree love, Indian womanhood, cultural identity, celebrating femininity, Indian traditions, bindi and bangles, saree elegance, proud of my roots, tradition meets modernity, self-expression through sarees.

Letting go vs Let it be

What if you don't need to let go of everything? What if you just need to let it be?

Maybe the answer isn't to let go, but to let it be. 🤍

For the longest time, we are taught to let go, move on, stop feeling, and find our peace. And somewhere along the way, we start believing that even healing is something we must get right.

We question ourselves when a memory still hurts, when a person still crosses our mind, or when something we thought we had moved past finds its way back into our hearts.

But what if nothing is wrong with us?

What if peace doesn't come from forcing ourselves to forget, but from allowing ourselves to feel without fighting those feelings?

Maybe letting go isn't about making something disappear. Maybe it's about no longer giving it the power to disturb our present.

We don't have to fix every feeling, find a lesson in every experience, or turn every hurt into a journey of growth.

Some things just need to be acknowledged.
Some emotions need room to breathe.
And some chapters need to end without us understanding every little detail.

Perhaps the real freedom lies in letting things be what they are, without constantly trying to make them something else.

No pressure to heal perfectly.
No deadlines for moving on.
No need to prove that we've found our peace.🤍🤍

Just the quiet courage to feel, accept, and keep living. 🤍

Because sometimes, peace begins the moment we stop fighting with ourselves.♥️♥️

saree with pearl necklace and pearl studs

Some sarees don’t just catch your eye… they make your heart skip a beat. ✨ My favourite Satin Crepe saree..😍
Some sarees are love at first sight and a bond for a lifetime. And this one? She’s the one.

Styled with a classic pearl necklace and matching pearl ear studs, a graceful drape, and soft glam — because sometimes, the simplest accessories make the most beautiful statement. 🤍

Six yards of timeless beauty & pearls that never go out of style, and a whole lot of love. ❤️

Tell me, is it even possible to fall out of love with a saree like this? ✨

Shubho Bijoya… ❤️✨

Some celebrations leave you smiling, and some leave your heart a little heavy when they come to an end. This Shubho Bijoya was a beautiful mix of both.

Celebrating with friends, sharing laughter, warmth, mishti moments, and so much love made this day even more special. There is something truly beautiful about celebrating our traditions with people who slowly become a part of our own little world. ❤️

And then comes that emotional moment when you realise that Navratri has come to an end. Nine days of devotion, colours, shringar, festive energy, and the divine feminine… suddenly, it’s time to say goodbye.

The heart feels a little heavy, the eyes a little moist, and you find yourself wishing the festivities could last just a little longer. 🥹❤️

Shubho Bijoya is not just about bidding farewell to Maa Durga; it is about carrying her strength, love, and blessings with us long after the celebrations are over.

Until next year, Maa… thank you for the beautiful memories, the togetherness, and the emotions that words can never fully express. 🙏❤️

Bijoya’r pronam and lots of love to all

या देवी सर्वभूतेषु मातृरूपेण संस्थिता।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः॥
To the Goddess who resides in all beings in the form of a mother, I bow to her again and again. 🙏🪷🪷

“On this fifth day of Navratri, may Maa Skandamata remind us that a woman's greatest strength is not just in how fiercely she stands, but also in how deeply she loves.”

She is the embodiment of a mother's unconditional love, a woman's quiet courage, and the divine strength that exists within every woman.

There is something truly beautiful about a woman who can be soft without being weak, compassionate without losing herself, and loving without forgetting her own worth.

For a woman, strength isn't always about fighting battles or proving her power to the world. Sometimes, it is about holding her family together, offering kindness when life feels difficult, choosing patience over anger, and finding the courage to begin again when life tests her.

Maa Skandamata reminds us that love is not a weakness, compassion is not surrender, and motherhood is not merely a role — it is a beautiful expression of divine Shakti.

May we learn to love deeply, live courageously, protect our peace, and nurture others without forgetting to nurture ourselves.

Because a woman who carries love in her heart and Shakti in her soul is a force of divinity in her own right. 🙏🏼🪷❤️

May Maa Skandamata bless us all with strength, wisdom, peace and unconditional love.

🙏 Jai Maa Skandamata! 🙏🏼🪷🪷

Navratri is more than a festival… it’s a feeling. ❤️✨

Nine nights of devotion, the divine feminine, and the beautiful reminder of the Shakti that lives within every woman. 🌺

It’s about faith in our hearts, strength in our souls, and the grace to keep becoming the woman we are meant to be.

This Navratri, may we not just worship the Godrdess, but also honour the Devi within ourselves. 🙏🏻❤️

A woman looks beautiful when she feels beautiful. 🤍

Not when she fits a certain size.
Not when someone tells her she is beautiful.
Not when she looks perfect by someone else’s standards.

But when she looks in the mirror and thinks,
“I like the woman I see.”

That glow is different.
It comes from within. ✨

I AM A LITTLE BIT OF LOOK AT ME.....
BUT
I AM ALSO A LITTLE BIT OF YOU DON'T HAVE TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT ME 😊😎👻

Just because I’m on social media
doesn’t mean I’m a social person. 😉

I’m actually quite private.
And what I choose to share here
is only a little window into my world —
not my whole life.

Because this isn’t a live telecast of my life.
It’s my personal diary. 🤍

I share what I feel like sharing,
when I feel like sharing it.

You may see a picture,
a saree, a smile, a moment…

But there will always be
so much more that remains mine.

Being visible doesn’t mean being accessible.
Being private doesn’t mean being hidden. ✨

I simply choose what part of my story
I want the world to read.

And Pssssstt .....

And just because I followed you back
doesn’t mean I’ve given you permission
to enter my DMs.

A follow is a follow.
It’s not an invitation for familiarity.

I’m friendly, but I’m private.
I choose who I engage with,
what I share, and where I draw the line.

Being accessible on social media
doesn’t mean I’m available to everyone.

Some boundaries don’t need explanations.
They just need to be respected. 🤍
