If only we knew and truly trusted in the infinite power that can be birthed through pain…

There is so much beauty in the cracks.

Without it, this life would be boring.

I can’t say my life has felt easy, but it certainly hasn’t felt boring.

Through intense initiations and immense challenge, I have found much beauty, strength and power simultaneously.

I am so grateful to walk this path of love.

It isn’t easy at times. And I don’t want it to be.

For the richness of life lies in these challenges, always an opportunity to transcend this reality and understand the deeper meaning.

When I connect to my solitude and spend time praying, connecting with Great Mother, and staying grounded with my practices, helping people to feel more empowered in their soul gifts, serving community circles - authentically and joyfully, the opening of my heart deepens and things align with my highest timeline.

There are times when my ego gets in the way, and thinks it has control.

But when I surrender my need for control, things open up for me in a way that I can’t and will probably never be able to explain.

Miracles happen. The unexpected happens.

Over and over again.

What a gift this life is… what a beautiful, crazy and miraculous gift.

I’m tired of all of this ‘goddess’ culture that promotes external perfection. Spirituality that masks brokenness - is not spirituality, it is ego.

It is all such a facade and I see through it so clearly now.

The more I shed, the more I show my brokenness - unapologetically. I have survived things that no child should have to go through.

I am still and will probably always be shedding more layers and am by far from perfect (whatever that means!).

My life’s mission is to focus on devotion and dedication to love.

Not the superficial kind - that walks away when things feel difficult, always says the ‘right’ thing and never has the courage to shake the ground enough to create true change.

But the real kind - the penetrating and unapologetically slightly awkward at times kind, that is unafraid to at least try.

The kind that helps others to feel less alone.

So here I am - showing some of my brokenness. (And also my van cove that has held me through some very dark times recently 💖🌹)

After over 20 years of back to back toxic relationships, no real sense of safety in my family dynamic - and much abuse to unpack over the years - my womb has finally screamed.

I thought I was going to be a mother. And instead - the grief inside of my womb decided to finally express itself, physically.

It feels like a tortoise shell of protection, and a necessary one at that.

The body is so wise. She is always speaking to us, through us, and every ‘distortion’ is something that we need to experience in order to learn the lesson.

I am always learning, and therefore, always growing - in this infinite realm of endless possibility, mystery and magic.

This fleeting experience of life will pass us by, and I just want to know that I loved truly, authentically, and was not afraid to express my truest self 🕊️🌹.

I pray that all beings may know love. In whatever form it comes. And know that this is the greatest and only fuel we need to truly move forward with our lives, and instead of repeating cycles of pain - transmute them.

May this image of my womb be a beacon, a symbol of resistance, a symbol of sacred rebellion and truth, and a symbol of grief.

Such a beautiful and healing evening ~ filled with love 🌹.

This is a section of my song ‘Ember’ which came through whilst living in the mountains of Peru ~ after a deep and powerful journey of reclaiming my sacral power 💥.

Loved making this raw yoni cake to celebrate the last day of cooking for the recent Kambô practitioner training with @_sacredtree 🐸✨🌹💞.

This beautiful Amazonian cleansing ritual has helped me so much! Helped my body to be much stronger and lighter 🩷, my heart much wiser 🌹, cleared addictions, awakened my inner womb and soul fire 💥, and more.
