What an experience this has been!

Definitely didn’t expect to see myself at a national level in an R5 car only 16 rally’s in, but what an incredible ride it was.

So much learning and plenty to take away even if the result wasn’t what we’d hoped for.

Can’t thank @race.lane enough for the opportunity as well as the army of people who helped prepare me for this! Big shout out to @rallygmac, @daymon.nicoli, and @steph_esterbauer for all your advice and support for the last two weeks.

Also big thanks goes to the @maximummotorsportaus team for the hospitality and expertise, answering everything and anything I asked about the car and cramming in everything we possibly could in the two weeks we had to prepare.
And also having Tim along for the ride to swing spanners, advance his technical skills, as well as just being a support person for me too.
Truly incredible to see the team operate in that environment after being long term customers for our own cars.

On the come down now, feeling like I’ve been run over sat at my desk in the office 😂

But already ready to be back in a rally car! Definitely not the last time the ARC will see me 🫡 taken in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory by @rally_morgs

8 years ago today I competed in my very first event.

Who would’ve thought that the decision to have a crack at something new would lead to me competing on the other side of the globe 8 years later?

Definitely not naive, 19 year old me.

But here with are.

Something to challenge me.
Somewhere to belong.
Something to be passionate about.
With friends that feel more like family.
