For me right now, that’s parkour, gymnastics and calisthenics — handstands, learning flips, jumping obstacles and getting a little better every session. 🤸‍♂️

For you it might be running, swimming, tennis, dancing, martial arts or something completely different. 🏃‍♂️🏊‍♂️🎾

The best exercise is the one you’ll keep doing. 🙌

A Stranger Asked for a Bag of Rice ❤️

A few days ago, someone I had never met reached out to me on TikTok. He told me that his family was struggling and that his younger siblings were going hungry. He felt ashamed to ask for help and only asked if I could help them with one bag of rice.

I didn’t want to simply send money, so I arranged for food to be bought and delivered directly to his family.

What started with one bag of rice became 50 kg of rice, cooking oil, chicken, eggs, onions, garlic, sweet potatoes and vegetables.

Today he sent me these pictures and told me how happy his family was. ❤️

I’m not sharing this for praise. I’m sharing it because I believe this is how we should treat one another. We don’t have to know someone personally to show compassion. If we are in a position to help another human being, even in a small way, we can make their world a little brighter.

Imagine what kind of world we could create if more of us looked out for each other.

Thank God for putting us in a position where we can sometimes be a blessing to someone else. 🙏❤️

May God bless you and your family, and may He bless everyone who chooses kindness when they have the chance to help someone.

Batu Caves, Blessings & Freedom 💖🕊️

Today turned into one of those days that stays with you.

I explored the incredible Batu Caves, received blessings with flowers and fruit, met some new people and had a few genuinely meaningful conversations along the way.

Somewhere between the caves and the rest of the adventure, I stopped for a foot massage and later finished the day with a henna tattoo of my nickname Freedom — with a little heart and a bird flying from the end of the letters. ❤️🕊️

A day filled with culture, spirituality, new connections and small moments that made it special.

Freedom isn’t just a name. It’s a way of living.

Flavors, Faith & Culture in Little India 🇲🇾

Exploring Little India in Malaysia with my guide Ravie — tasting delicious Indian food, discovering the colorful streets, and experiencing the different cultures and religions along the way. We passed a church and a Buddhist temple, and I also visited a Hanuman temple where I had the special opportunity to witness a traditional Hindu ceremony.

Today I had the privilege of witnessing a royal Balinese Hindu cremation ceremony, known as a Pelebon, in Ubud.

The procession carried the deceased members of the royal family from Puri Agung Peliatan through the streets of Peliatan to the sacred cremation ground, where the final rituals and cremation took place.

Pelebon represents the release of the soul from the physical body and its journey onward.

I am grateful to have witnessed this powerful tradition with respect and to share a moment with one of the beautifully dressed ceremonial participants.

A remarkable day I will never forget.

In Bali, I’m not only discovering a beautiful island — I’m learning to understand its spiritual heart.
Today I’m studying the sacred prayers of the Balinese Hindu tradition, slowly learning their meaning, pronunciation and deeper purpose.

I remain true to my own faith, while keeping my heart open to the wisdom found in other traditions.

Because respect does not require us to believe exactly the same things. It begins with listening, learning and trying to understand one another.

One prayer at a time.
One lesson at a time.

Growing in knowledge, respect and connection. 🙏
