Nobody really talks about the come down after producing a big show. You go from weeks of pressure, adrenaline and constant movement to complete silence overnight. I’ve learned to keep myself moving, be around good people and actually enjoy life after the work is done. Labor Day weekend was good to me. 🤎 taken in Richmond, Virginia by @ramaj.cd

The crazy part is… I wasn’t even at Cousins Fest to shoot the concert. 😂

Just a reminder that sometimes it’s all about being in the right place at the right time and building the right relationships along the way.

One connection can lead to an opportunity you never expected.

Here’s a few clips I was able to capture from Cousins Fest. I’ll be putting together a full recap soon, but for now… enjoy these! 🎥💫

Work for P.INC | 003

@pharrell’s VIRGINIA pop-up shop + more

~

P.INC is Pharrell Williams’ world-bending creative studio, working at the intersection of music, fashion, and community.

We help bring the Paris-based team’s creative vision and energy to life in Virginia. We designed the experience branding for a landmark partnership with NBA Cares, shot an official music video, produced a pop-up retail store in support of Pharrell’s award-winning Jellyfish sneaker, and a series of gatherings designed to feel less like events and more like celebrations of the community and the best Virginia has to offer.

Pharrell’s ethos is present throughout every production, as we carefully craft atmosphere, flow, and the details that make people feel welcomed into the moment.

The result is a presence that moves fluidly across P.INC’s music, retail, and experiences while always setting a new bar in his hometown. taken in Atlantic Park by @ramaj.cd

First time in LA… and my first time stepping into this city in an official producer capacity leading an experience in partnership with @billboard | House of Hits for the 68th Grammy Awards.

House of Hits was built to celebrate music, legacy, and the rooms where culture is shaped. To be trusted with helping bring that vision to life? … freakin crazy

This weekend had me on red carpets, meeting industry legends, and creating moments I’ll never forget…..the kind of behind-the-scenes shit you dream about.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. 🙏🏽
To the team I was surrounded by — thank you.
for trusting me to help lead this vision operationally and run point with purpose.

People keep saying how “lucky” I am…
But this isn’t luck.
This is obedience. This is preparation meeting opportunity. This is being blessed and aligned with what God already wrote.

Dreams don’t happen overnight — they happen when you keep showing up, stay faithful, and move with intention.

And this?
This is only the beginning. ✈️🏆 taken in Los Angeles, California by @ramaj.cd

Secret service for the culture // @nettspend_ x @earlylifecrisis x @vans x @wme

not every production I do looks like a festival.

sometimes it's a skatepark, a surprise drop, a community giveback, and a crowd that shows up because culture moves faster than marketing plans.

grateful to have helped bring this one together in rva for nett.

more behind the scenes. always. taken in Richmond, Virginia by @ramaj.cd

Saturday night → a moment I’ll never forget. 🙏🏾✨

Being honored with the Z Creativity Honors – Community Award is humbling beyond words. My journey has always been about more than just producing events — it’s about building culture, celebrating community, and creating legacy.

None of this came overnight. It took effort, sacrifice, long hours, and trusting that the right opportunities would come. And they did. This recognition is proof of that.

This one belongs to my family, mentors, friends, the entire village.. I’ve been saying all weekend, y’all built me into this. 🏆

And if I can leave you with anything, it’s this: sacrifice your time for your dreams, and you’ll get your payback. Hold on! The right opportunities will always come.

Big love to Mike Z and the @theztheater for recognizing creativity in our region, respect to my fellow honorees — your work inspires, and shoutout to @djshug for blessing the vibes with this mix.

I had a vision… today I’m living in it.
I’m honored to join the @RecordingAcademy’s 2025 New Member Class

I’ll be Advocating. Mentoring. Connecting. Helping shape the future of music while standing up for the culture and the creatives that move it forward.

God’s timing is always special. You can’t rush the process because it is written ✍🏽

This moment is for the culture, for the community, for the artists whose stories deserve to be heard.
Mad love to @keenlykeena and @teezysodope for the nomination, and to everyone who’s helped mold the professional I am today thank you.

The journey continues. 🏆
