10.10.26 - World Mental Health Day

“Some of the most meaningful victories are quiet—the moments we choose to pause, begin again, and treat ourselves with grace.”

We cannot always see what someone is carrying. That is why mental health deserves our attention, our compassion, and our action.

According to the World Health Organization, more than one billion people worldwide live with a mental health condition. Among adolescents aged ten to nineteen, approximately one in seven experiences a mental disorder. Behind each number is a person whose life, dreams, and future matter.

Young women deserve particular attention. Indonesia’s 2023 Health Survey found that among people aged fifteen to twenty-four, depression affected 2.8 percent of females, compared with 1.1 percent of males. These findings remind us how essential it is to make support accessible, especially to those still finding their place in the world.

As someone who has navigated moments that quietly tested my own well-being, I have learned to value the kind of strength that is rarely seen: the courage to acknowledge our feelings, respect our limits, and allow ourselves to receive support.

To every woman carrying expectations, and every young person feeling the pressure to become someone before they have had the chance to understand themselves: your worth does not depend on how much you achieve, how beautifully you present your life, or how well you hide your exhaustion.

You deserve care at every stage of your journey.

There is dignity in asking for help. There is courage in beginning again. And there is room for you to pursue your dreams at a pace that honours your well-being.

在中国古老的传说里，鲤鱼逆流而上，跃过龙门，便化作了龙。
In an ancient Chinese legend, a carp swims against the current. Once it leaps over the Dragon Gate, it transforms into a dragon.

这一年，我也像那条鲤鱼一样。经历过掌声，也经历过失落；看见过属于自己的高光，也走过无人看见的低谷。
This past year, I often felt like that carp. I experienced applause, but also disappointment; moments of light, but also lows that no one could see.

所以，这件礼服不只是一件红色的礼服。红与金，是勇气、力量与希望；锦鲤，是坚持，是不回头，也是即使逆流，依然选择向前。
That is why this gown is more than simply a red dress. Red and gold represent courage, strength, and hope. The koi represents perseverance—the choice not to look back, and to keep moving forward even when the current is against you.

今天，我所放下的只是一顶皇冠，而不是继续前进的勇气。
Today, what I am letting go of is only a crown, not the courage to keep moving forward.

因为真正属于我的路，永远在前方。而我的龙门，也还在更远的地方等着我。
Because the road that truly belongs to me will always be ahead. And my own Dragon Gate is still waiting somewhere beyond.

2026, tahun di mana aku mendapatkan 2 gelar yang begitu berarti dalam hidupku. 🤍

Dua pencapaian yang datang dari dua perjalanan yang berbeda, tetapi sama-sama lahir dari proses, doa, dan keberanian untuk terus melangkah.

Perjalanan ini sebenarnya sudah dimulai sejak 2017, ketika aku menjadi Dayang Intelegensia Belitung Timur.

Kemudian pada 2021, aku mendapatkan kepercayaan menjadi Miss Hijab Social Indonesia @officialmisshijabindonesia , saat masih menjalani masa pre-clinic dalam perjalanan pendidikan kedokteranku.

Dan 26/09/26 setelah perjalanan panjang itu, aku kembali mendapatkan kepercayaan di Putri Nusantara 2026—kali ini sebagai seorang dokter.

Dengan persiapan yang sangat singkat yang hanya hitungan hari bahkan tidak sampai 1 minggu, aku datang dengan segala keterbatasan dan hanya berusaha memberikan yang terbaik. Alhamdulillah, perjalanan singkat ini membawaku pada sebuah pencapaian yang begitu berarti.

Growing up, I’ve always been fond of princesses. To me, being a princess has never been only about looking pretty, but also about moving through life with grace, wisdom, and confidence.

A little girl who once dreamed of this moment now gets to live it. My heart is overflowing with gratitude for every lesson, every challenge, every beautiful soul I’ve met, and every person who believed in me🤍

Here’s to growing, glowing, and becoming a little more of the woman I aspire to be. And now, I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and carrying this journey onto the international stage. ✨

这一刻，既让我期待，也让我更加珍惜自己还能戴着它的每一天。

Wearing this title has never only been about a crown. It has been about carrying a story, representing a culture, and learning how to turn every opportunity into something meaningful.

这一年来，我慢慢明白，真正珍贵的从来不只是头上的皇冠，而是它所承载的责任、文化与故事。

它让我更深入地认识自己的根，也让我学会如何用自己的声音，去分享中华文化、连接更多的人，并让每一次机会都留下属于自己的意义。

如今，看着新一届佳丽们开始她们的旅程，我仿佛也看见了一年前的自己——带着期待、紧张和梦想，走进这段未知却珍贵的旅程。
