That was a rough one in 80°F.😅 I wasn’t sure I’d be able to make 13 a few times towards the end so I’m happy I got it done. First time I’ve ever done a half in training and ended up being my longest run ever! 🏃‍♀️ #longrun #marathontraining by @ramble_on_chels

Northlands day 1! 🎶☀️ Mihali was great and they played some Twiddle at the end of the set. The Dirty Heads closed out the night and I felt like I was back in high school, they were one of my favorite bands then. The hotel shuttle ran all weekend and it was so nice not having to worry about parking at all. Goose with moe. at SPAC on July 4th!!! 🎇✨🪿 Our 9th Goose show and they blew it out of the water! I was having so much fun, I did not pull out my phone but once during Goose. The cover they did of “Don’t leave me this way” had the entire audience going crazy. The US Blues encore was the perfect way to wrap up July 4th. With moe. opening, they did amazing and played all the hits. Our 2nd time seeing them. Been around for years and still crushin it!

The String Cheese Incident last night! 🧀 Our 2nd time seeing them live, the first time was at a festival so this was our first full show. Loved it and they did not disappoint! After running a half marathon last weekend in 91% humidity- all I really could do was sit and chug water for a good bit in hopes of coming back to life. 😅💀 6.7.26

Today was my first run since the half on Sunday and boy was it hot. 🥵 91° and running in the sun felt even hotter. At the end, the storm started to roll in and the temp dropped.
