This hit home heavy for the last few days I’ve been letting this synced into my head that you’re gonna I didn’t wanna believe it but have to accepted the reality of it.

Bro I remembered we’ll yell out “BOLOGNA GANG” down in center city all the way to south street, being dumb but those were the funniest times growing up, going to the comic book store vibing chillin and talked about life, cheering each other.

What hit the most is I would’ve never thought that our last conversation together would be two months ago leaving ray’s crib and the first thing you said when hoping into my car was “ahh shit Harry is about to be the next Tokyo drift n**** and you modeling to yea you about have your own character in the fast and furious series” had me laughing I knew you was gonna say some shit like that.

I’m beyond thankful, happy, and truly blessed to share that we’re having a baby boy! 💙

No matter the gender, my prayer has always been the same for a healthy baby That’s all I could ever ask for.

A huge thank you to my loving partner her mom and sister for hosting such an amazing gender reveal. We love y’all so much and truly appreciate everything you did to make this day so special.

I’m a little late but Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there. Y’all deserve all the love and happiness!

That being said I’ll soon be a dad myself and it’s made me reflect on my life ahead. I don’t talk much about my father but I want to share a little bit about him.

I’ve seen how much my dad went through in his life a hard working man, a loving husband, and a loving father. The main quality he showed was strength. He was always on his own, often bottling up his emotions and yes he had his flaws. But at the end of the day, he always made sure that my little brother and I were loved. My dad was my everything.

This new chapter of my life becoming a dad has made me realize how grateful I am for everything my father gave and showed me. It may not have always been in the best way, but I know the love was there and I appreciate him deeply for everything.

I do wish he could see his grandchild in person but I know he’s watching over us.

Happy Father’s Day Dad.

The big 3 Back, Chest and Legs whenever I’m on borrowed time. Traditionally the big 3 would be Deadlift, Flat bench press and Squat, however I opt out some exercises to help more focusing on building around certain muscles and strengthen while still keeping the traditional big 3 only is I just added my own twist to it.

Overall this video is a reminder no matter how much we go through in life, always take care of yourself mentally and physically. Don’t have to lift heavy weights to get quick results, don’t have to workout 7 days a week, also don’t compare yourself to anyone else’s but yourself, the point is to balance yourself with work life and fitness life from the mind to the body. #asian #gymmotivation #gamer by @ramboxhkn

Haven’t did 225lbs for a while since I’m kinda doing a bit lean bulking and resting more I did see some improvement on myself, you don’t have to increase crazy sets or reps but somewhere you can maintain also still build muscle in the long run. #fitness #gamer #motivation by @ramboxhkn

Before this year end it’s time to recap of 2025 I’ve did a lot of traveling this year enjoying life and also visiting family but along the way I got to meet my community on twitch, it was a blessing that I got to make memories with everyone!
