With four people on the loan in three different locations, it certainly made for a more challenging transaction, but in the end we got Kate & Mitch into their first single family home, out of GVR and into a more desirable part of town.

Our inspection revealed a problematic roof and high radon, and I was able to negotiate a $13,000 credit to cover the majority of the roof cost in addition to radon installation AND a $15,000 interest rate buy-down concession, making their monthly payment more affordable. I’d call that a win! 💪🏻
