One of my goals this year was to compete in a bachata jack and jill, this is my 3rd bachata jnj of the year and I also competed in a salsa jnj this year. It’s fun and it gives me a similar energy as when I used to stand up comedy. I am glad I started to dance and I don’t want to stop. now about 3 years deep into the latin dance scene. Latest run stats from Bucktown 5k race, not too bad! I am super happy witn these stats, considering I was sick as a dog the whole week leading to the race. Running fast (whatever fast is to me), is a liberating feeling. Being able to move my body and make it do hard things is a privilege that I don’t take lightly. I try to be the best I can be, whatever that is running under 9 min, running under 8:30 min or walking the mile at 15 min per mile. As long as I am moving forward and moving one feet at a time and making progress. taken in Chicago, Illinois by @ramirograms

I think I did better than I thought but it seems @supertri_usa made a mistake or penalized me for some reason because they added like 35 min to my time and riding the bicycle is my strong suit, I basically was born pedaling out of my mom’s womb. In any case I think I pretty much smoked everyone in my age group and will smoke them again next year. I am sure FIFA and Infantino are behind this injustice. I will take matters to the Supreme Court if necessary and throw the whole book at them. by @ramirograms

I want to be in shape and mobile for a long time but I am still experimenting the best form of movement for me. Running is hard on the body, especially the knees. Combining swimming and running plus weight training might be the way to go to avoid injuries. by @ramirograms
