3rd place at the South American @adcc_official trials -99kg here in Rio de Janeiro after 5 fights.
Can’t think of a harder and more challenging set of circumstances I had leading up to today.
Not the result I came here for, but definitely proud of myself after pushing through this week.
Now it’s time to rest and recover and get ready to give it another try next week
