POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Grateful and proud to have graduated with Merit with my Postgraduate Diploma in Global Football Sporting Directorship with the @thepfabusiness in collaboration with @portsmouthuni.

This journey was about bringing heart and head together and do something that really matters to me.

To learn from experts of the industry has given me meaningful insights into the demands of the modern game and what happens beyond the pitch - the leadership, strategy and decision‑making that drive football forward.

In the last two years I genuinely enjoyed pushing myself, learning, growing and seeing the game from a different perspective, reinforcing what I’ve experienced throughout my career on the pitch.

Congratulations to the entire class of 2026 and thank you to the @the_pfa for creating opportunities like these and supporting us throughout the whole way! ✨ by @ramona__ramirez

It‘s all about the people!
Meeting others from across football who carry the same love and passion for the game has been the most rewarding part - sharing stories, challenging each other, and looking at the picture from different perspectives.

Titles, PL appearances, roles or gender become irrelevant when a group is focused on the same goal - working as one to get it over the line and chasing excellence together. by @ramona__ramirez
