One day you’ll realize those miles were never just about running. They were about healing, finding peace, and fighting battles nobody knew you were facing

38 miles for 38 Years of Life.. (Bday is 19th lol)
.
This was a harder run than I planned because my silly ass decided to not just run over GWB into city then back to NJ, but I also ran over the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge 👾… with that and getting soaked by rain it wasn’t the most fun but I did it. On to the Next Challenge.

“Stop waiting for the right time. Time was never yours to control. This moment is.”

You are ABLE right now.
Able to move.
Able to change.
Able to chase something bigger.
Able to build a healthier, more peaceful life.
Not everyone has that ability—and one day, none of us will.
So stop waiting for the perfect time. Stop taking your health, your body, your time, and your life for granted.
Take control while you still can.
We live. We die.
What we do with the time in between is up to us

When the vision is clear, the distractions stop mattering. You understand that every sacrifice, setback, and difficult day is simply part of the road to where you’re going. Stay locked in, trust the process, and keep moving—the destination has already been decided, now you just have to earn the arrival. @novaris.runclub @novaris_nvrs
