A random location on a standard Monday, a few ideas and a willingness to see where they take us.

Bouncing between different spots, movements and camera angles, figuring out how to bring it all together. 🎥
I suggested box jumps on a rock. @rynosaurusflex took that idea and added a backflip and a Superman push up. 🤣

That’s what I love about creating together. One idea sparks another, and suddenly we’re bringing something to life that neither of us had planned.

Two years ago, I was in this gym just starting out. Being back at @globalfitnessstudio now, meeting more people and getting to create with someone like @adotty10 feels like a real full circle moment.

Grateful to be around someone so talented who keeps showing up, putting in the work and giving that one more rep to get the shot.

We’re creating some incredible things around town, but the conversations along the way are just as valuable. Appreciate the wisdom you share and the energy you bring every time, brother.

We were honestly only meant to be here for a week, and we’re still here.

If you’ve been here before, you probably know why…

From the people we’ve met and the opportunities that have opened up to the videos we’ve created together, it’s all made this trip feel so special.

What’s stood out most is how open everyone has been. Sharing ideas, learning from each other and genuinely wanting to see one another win.

Being surrounded by people who share that same passion for creating has shifted my perspective more in seven days than I ever expected. Honestly, it feels like I needed to be here.

To everyone who’s welcomed us, trusted us to create with them or taken the time to share what they know, thank you. I’m genuinely grateful to be in a position to do this, and even more grateful for the people making it what it is.

We’ve made some absolute bangers. The content’s definitely getting backed up, but I’m excited to see where the next 7 days take us and share it all with you. ⚡️🎥
