Well, I guess one day this had to happen. Let's see about a re-release! by @ran.tonic

The Floating EP turned 5 years old yesterday! 👴🏻

Geez, now I feel old. Luckily enough I'm still blasting out riffs without knowing where to go! But Floating was the starting point of everything. I started writing the song 10 years ago, back when I first got my first tube amp and it was like an awakening to me! "Oh THAT'S how it's supposed to sound!" Good times. But also really bad ones, lol

After that the songs just kept coming! And there's so much stuff still in the vault that needs to get prepared and released! You'll see (and hear) soon enough! I'm currently much more involved in the making of my first proper release, although Christmas break will slow this down a bit for now. But I'm in good spirits and hopeful that the process might go a lot faster from now on! :)

Greets,
Ran 🎸

Hey there! I'm back (at least with regular Instagram posts)! ✌🏻
Don't worry, everything's fine, but this year has been wild and besides my wonderful relationship there hasn't been happening a lot, despite what these photos might suggest. Or, rather, personally I didn't advance as much as I wanted to. Musically, I didn't do as much as I actually PROMISED you guys/gals on here. So.. sorry? 🙏🏻 But it's better now. I'll be back with more music soon enough! Just don't wanna stress about a date and work on it til it's ready. Playing live, releasing music. The good stuff. 😇✨ (Still looking for drummer, bassist, second guitarist btw!)

I've learned quite an important thing though this year: High life often seems like a blatant lie (to yourself and others), because everyone's struggling with SOMETHING, although maybe not on the same level. CONFIDENCE and INSECURITY are such massive influences on how you act and how you perceive your life and interactions with other people!! 🙏🏻 These pics don't nearly show how i might've felt afterwards, even though all these meetings were GREAT objectively seen (and I love everyone on here)! Surround yourselves with people who love you and what you do - and can also criticize you politely - as long as you value them as well. Well, that's all for now. I'm not perfect, and there's still a lot to learn. 🫡

Til the next one,
Ran 🎸❤️ by @ran.tonic

2023 was a HELL of a ride. Lots of personal stuff, good and bad. I'm really thankful for everyone who supported me to get to where I am right now (so... Berlin, lmao) and I've never felt more ready than now to REALLY get into this whole music thing!! 🎸😎

Not to jinx anything, but this year, you might get proper releases and live shows from me (+band, if everything works out) in Berlin (and hopefully Hannover) at least! So look forward to that, peeps. :) 🎸🤘🏻 (If you can and want to help me to achieve that - or know someone who can - contact me! 😇)

Anyone who wants to be involved creatively or share any cool work by others, just DM me here or via all the other platforms I'm at (mostly as @randiebam ) - link in BIO!)

(Also thx to @giftmixer for lending me his guitar during my visit at home hahaha)
