POSTS STORIES REELS
MY FIRST EP "FLOATING" IS OUT NOW, LINK IN BIO! So, after 5 years of writing original rock/metal guitar music, I finally got the opportunity to get several of my own tracks recorded, mixed and mastered! This release is extremely important to me and means a lot more to me than one would think. Its tracks are the fundament of what makes Rantonic music Rantonic music and I'm glad to finally share it with you guys in a form factor, which has a certain quality standard. I look forward to producing more of the tracks when I get the chance! Thanks to everyone who contributed to this project or helped me in one way or another. Special thanks to Sarah for always encouraging me to keep making music and for the creative exchange over many years. Thanks to @davidad90 and @ramsesrevengeday for being awesome. Thanks to @papaerbse and Konrad, who helped me out a lot when I just got started with making music. And thank YOU for listening. I simply had to make another more personal post and it won't be the last: 2 months have gone by since your passing and I'm still incredibly speechless about everything and miss you a lot, Papa, as many others do... I wanted to share this picture because it's my favorite one that I took of him. It already made me think a lot about him when he was still with us.. He always supported me musically and personally, as did my mom. And I just wanted to thank him (and her!) for everything by posting something like this - months ago already - but unfortunately he won't be able to see this post anymore in the way you do. Life's been a bit hell, but I'm trying to pull through, support my mom, and hopefully make the best of everything that's left behind so he might be proud of it in heaven above. I'm also very very thankful for my gf's help, my mom and Inge, my bandmates, and everyone who thought enough about us to write us a message and offer help or an open ear, even though I'm not always mentally well enough to answer right away. by @randiebam

Well, I guess one day this had to happen. Let's see about a re-release! by @randiebam
Well. This week has certainly been something. After over 2 years in Berlin and my current job there were lots of repressed thoughts coming up that needed to be heard. And I'm glad that there were people who listened and who wanted to be listened to as well! I'm not sure what the future will bring, but I'm a lot more confident about what I actually want now and what I'm capable of, and that's great! (And no, I didn't quit the job!) It's been a bit overwhelming as I naturally started to want to optimize EVERY aspect of my life, all at once. That's not how it works, and I'm still learning how to control this side of myself. But I just like myself a lot more, when I'm proactive, outspoken, honest and actually CARE about the people, structures and events around me. (Which also leads to caring more about.. my own well-being?) I certainly took more steps to make my daily life more enjoyable in one week, than in several months. (There's also music stuff involving other people 👀 that's been helping a shit ton.) This was this month's mental health post. Have a great December and Christmas time, peeps! - Ran by @randiebam

More information here! 👀 I wanted to make a post about this topic for a while! Taking apart the perfect sunshine world of Instagram appears to be a theme for me for now, but well: I've had hair loss since the fun age of.. 22? That's when I noticed the effects at least. And with me having long hair, identifying with rock/metal culture and trying to be COOL and YOUNG, it was horrible to notice this! To say the least. 🥲 Dunno. Just flying to Turkey and getting a hair job never seemed appropriate so far, but power to all who do it. I'd be afraid of the hair in the back just falling out afterwards, creating even more horrific holes. Being bald also never felt like an option for my 20s. 🫡 Going to a doctor to have it checked? Not with Berlin and (job)life keeping me busy and afraid of visiting doctors, lmao. I may eventually, but then it might also be too late. 💁🏻‍♂️ There's many men who just never talk about this issue emotionally and it just.. upsets me? Because you're not alone, fellow men. This is a huge issue for many guys our age, so yeah. Speak up your mind! Also: I never wanted to cover up my holes or be dishonest about them. I just never liked their look and felt more comfortable just combing another way or wearing hats. It looks better in my opinion! ✨ But someday I'll probably just have to accept it. And I wanted to make this post as well, to give random people who know me a heads-up. I'll be in pics, on videos, in front of you, and... someday(!), my hair will not look like I'm the perfect young male anymore. 😱 Sucks, but still. While this might be nothing anyone cares about (or many of you might already know about) and is just me overthinking, I care! Thanks for reading this brutally honest text. 🙏 📷: @kimsheesh . . . . . . #hair #hairloss #funtimes #rambling #deeptalk #randiebam by @randiebam

Hey there! I'm back (at least with regular Instagram posts)! ✌🏻 Don't worry, everything's fine, but this year has been wild and besides my wonderful relationship there hasn't been happening a lot, despite what these photos might suggest. Or, rather, personally I didn't advance as much as I wanted to. Musically, I didn't do as much as I actually PROMISED you guys/gals on here. So.. sorry? 🙏🏻 But it's better now. I'll be back with more music soon enough! Just don't wanna stress about a date and work on it til it's ready. Playing live, releasing music. The good stuff. 😇✨ (Still looking for drummer, bassist, second guitarist btw!) I've learned quite an important thing though this year: High life often seems like a blatant lie (to yourself and others), because everyone's struggling with SOMETHING, although maybe not on the same level. CONFIDENCE and INSECURITY are such massive influences on how you act and how you perceive your life and interactions with other people!! 🙏🏻 These pics don't nearly show how i might've felt afterwards, even though all these meetings were GREAT objectively seen (and I love everyone on here)! Surround yourselves with people who love you and what you do - and can also criticize you politely - as long as you value them as well. Well, that's all for now. I'm not perfect, and there's still a lot to learn. 🫡 Til the next one, Ran 🎸❤️ by @randiebam
I'm actually super happy rn but HERE YOU GO moody hometown pics and ✨ che✨ silly person with me and first 📷 by: @kimsheesh by @randiebam
