At the core of every human being…
there is something we all share:

We want to be seen.
We want to belong.
We want to feel that we matter.

Not some of us.
All of us.

No matter where we come from,
what we believe,
or how different our lives may look on the outside…

This need is the same.

And yet…
we live in a world where people feel invisible.
Disconnected.
Like they don’t belong anywhere.

This is why humanization matters.

Because when we return to the essence of living, grounded in our humanness…
we start seeing each other again.
We start meeting, not judging.
We start remembering.

That the person in front of me…
is not that different from me.

And maybe it’s simpler than we think.

To see someone.
To include someone.
To remind someone… they matter.

This is where everything begins. 🤍

Your life is art. Dress like it.✨

Everyone who knows me knows how much I love to express myself in different ways.
I never followed trends or fashion magazines. I trusted my feelings. My moods. My inner voice.

And that is real freedom.

I find it most beautiful when people show up as they are whether it’s ’80s, ’90s, hippie, bold, soft, or formal.

You don’t have to follow anything.
You don’t have to fit into any category.

You create your own.

Life is yours.
You are the main character.

Walk as her.
Dress as her.
Live as her.

Beautify your life, my dear.
Live your movie.

For so long, womanhood has been treated like something to hide, soften, or silence.

Across cultures, across generations, across stories.

But being a woman was never meant to be a taboo.
It was meant to be expressed.
From the inside out.

Not just how you look, but how you speak, feel, choose, and say “I am.”

That is where true self-love begins. 🤍

✨Celebrate your friends, celebrate their growth & evolution, cheer for other women,love shower one another and do it out loud..we need more of this, we need more of us together,we need to hold one another, we need the support,care,empowerment and appreciation for one another ❤️✨

We are All battling something.
& change is not easy , it is a daily decision of different actions,thoughts and feelings,it is a learning process of overcoming the self and not giving up..Everyday adds up,the lows and highs strengthen you..
& what i see beautiful in change is that it makes you present in your life , makes you aware of your thoughts,feelings and whats aligned or not.

I celebrate all my friends,women i know and dont know, I celebrate men & really everyone who is observing,reflecting and taking responsibility for their life and becoming the person they need for the life they want..

It is time ✨

Allow your heart to have a brain, and allow your brain to have a heart.

It's time for us to use the power of both.

With everything we now know about the power of the heart and the brain, and our ability to change the way we think, feel and create, imagine what we could bring into this world if we started creating from that space.

Allowing our brains to operate with more kindness, compassion and connection to our emotions, rather than the programming of the world.

And allowing ourselves to connect more deeply with our hearts, because the more we connect with our hearts, the more we expand our consciousness.

Our brains have the ability to learn, unlearn and create new ways of thinking. Our hearts connect us to love, compassion, gratitude and the feeling of being connected to something greater than ourselves.

Imagine the power of bringing them together.

To think with love.
To create with awareness.
To make decisions from a place of connection rather than separation.

Not allowing the world to program how we think and feel, but consciously choosing the thoughts and emotions we want to create from.

Because it's not only about what we create in this world, but the state of being we create it from.

Imagine what we could create together if we allowed our brains to have more heart, and our hearts to have a brain.

And At the we are all one human family and we are all connected to the one source :)

Our first private conversation in public.

Rana and I live in different countries, but whenever we FaceTime, we somehow end up talking for hours.

So I thought: why not let you listen in?

This time we talked about:
— Being a woman vs. being a girl in a woman’s body — Feeling safe in our bodies — Expressing ourselves vs. impressing someone — How “You’re too much” went from criticism to compliment — Knowing — and asking for — what you really want — Getting older and becoming more yourself — Enjoying life as a woman — And why life itself is the occasion ❤️‍🔥
