The runs with the climb on the return are much tougher both physically and mentally, probably more mentally as on the one where you climb 1st you are thinking of the downhills on the way back and salivating… but on this it’s a killer .

New friends being made everyday , this place overwhelms me everyday… cross these kids going to school and most of them will come upto you and touch your feet , strangers with beautiful smiles … you get the warmest good mornings … this little boy touched my feet and then ran with me for around half a km in the trails and beat the shit out of me 🤣🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️❤️ . Everyday a new experience…. Epic

Beautiful mornings , making new friends , the street dogs (the indies ) also here are so good looking , this one seems to have a little attitude also 🤣 .. posing to perfection.
Keep thinking the climbs will get easier , but it’s been 3 months and honestly they aren’t , but the weather and the clean air make up for it …
Like they say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger 😊

Starting to get nippy , the winter feel is getting there . Started off wanting to do 8 kms .. ended up with 13 🤣 that’s what these gorgeous hills do to you , crisp morning, blue skies , killer inclines… absolutely beautiful…. Blessed 🙏🙏🙏
