July found us…wrapping up work on this beautiful primary bathroom + dressing room in a historic home in LA. We had the original stained glass window restored which brings such color and vibrancy to the room.

The dressing room area is now covered in this stunning black & white wallpaper. I’m so in love with the period light fixture we sourced to replace a fixture that was not original to the home.

Excited to continue working on a few more rooms in this gorgeous home. More to come! 🥰

Banquette moment!

What could have just been a pass through to the kitchen, became a spot to pause for drinks and art. It’s one of my favorite details we did, making this area intentional and usable. The iron separation leading upstairs is a subtle nod to the original home.

It’s custom details like this that really elevates our projects for clients. And who doesn’t love a place to sit, have a beverage & scroll?

Loved creating this beautiful space for our client’s lovely teenage daughter!

With built ins for books and storage, lots of cool seating with zillions of cozy pillows to hang out with friends, and a bathroom of her own, I’d say she has the perfect set up! We loved using her favorite colors and installed a faux grasscloth in a yummy green on the walls (cleanable!) The pendant lighting brings an additional cool factor to the space. It’s a space she can really grow with and she’s loving it!

The brief: warm colors and darker wood tones. The result: a primary bath that earns the word “Refuge.”

@randeleamaninteriors layered natural pebble floors, large-format stone tile, and rich wood accents into a space that's cohesive from the floor up — with the Versailles tub encased in stone at the center of it all.

The rectangular form, hidden center drain and sizable bathing well feel thoroughly modern, while the dual backrests make it comfortable enough for two (and one very relaxing soak).

Adding color to your kitchen. Yesss!

It takes confidence and trust to make a statement with color. But the payoff is huge! Even with a softer hue such as this deep blue in our Laguna project, it brings so much depth and personality to the space.

We’re a few weeks out from installing a beautiful teal green kitchen in one of our projects & I’m so excited to see it come together!

“We had a leak and need to remodel our…” I can’t tell you how many projects have started with this sentence!

And it goes from “well, since we’re doing the kitchen, maybe we’ll do …” and a full house remodel is on! Our Mulholland Drive project began this way. A new kitchen paved the way for the numerous projects the couple had put off as they were raising 4 kids. By the time we were done, we had touched every aspect of the home and every room. And a pain in the butt water leak became a happy ending for this Bel Air home!

His bathroom details 🖤

Warm and masculine vibes for his primary bathroom. Large scale stone tile compliments the smaller tiles in the shower and warm wood tones for his vanity. I love the calming look we created for this busy gentleman to unwind in!

Dog Design 🐾

My absolute favorite is seeing our client’s pups enjoying their home! We make sure to include lots of cozy pillows, throws and cushy sofas for every member of the family. They are the best.

And of course my sweet girl popped into the shot too!

The living room in our Toluca Lake project is one of my favorite spots in the house!

And those beams are everything. As they bring so much character to the space, we went very neutral with the furnishings. Greens and warm browns accent the room and make it warm and inviting for our lovely clients to kick back and enjoy!

The backyard is almost finished and then we can share the full impact this room has being so connected to the lush landscaping. 🌴

Sunday details from one of our Valley Village projects. 🌿

Keeping it current and cozy in a traditional family home with lots of deep wood tones and a mix of blues sprinkled in. And plants! There’s nothing like adding a touch of greenery to a space.
