There are days where a movement finally CLICKS✨
This was one of those days for me 💯

I’ve been learning more explosive olympic lifting movements and have slowly been figuring out how to properly clean the barbell. It felt a little awkward at first, but this was a day where the movement started to make senseeee in my body! Shout out to Coach Shyla, @waihee_gurl, for coaching us through it that day.

Sometimes you don’t feel confident in a movement the first time you try it. The first few times it might feel awkward in the body. But little by little you slowly start to figure it out. Then maybe one day, the movement finally CLICKS✨

So keep going. Keep showing up. Keep figuring it out little by little.

🎶 Can You Feel The Love Tonight | From The Lion King 🎶
I grew up singing at my family’s weddings, but haven’t performed at a family wedding in a really long time. So I’m thankful my cousin @rikabear and new cousin Kuya Vincent asked me to sing at their Disney wedding and gave me the chance to come out of my wedding singer retirement 💕💕 I didn’t tell anyone I was going to be singing, so it was a fun surprise 🤍 by @randi.paulos
