Throw back Tuesday to working out at the Berkshire club while we waited on the construction of Forest City Fitness to be completed. Full blown demolition 💯

Throw down #uptownfunk to some fun routines with my Mom. Choreographer, yours truly, Boo Howieson before we opened FCF.

10 years of management and hard work, I now own Forest City Fitness
I have my Mother, brother, daughter and niece working with me! As well as my team of amazing employees.
I am a Lucky Lady 🍀
