Meet Randi. @randiliberman

Dancer. Choreographer. Teacher. Movement Coach. Director.

True Capricorn. Iced lavender latte in hand. Best creative state? Relaxed, flowing, letting ideas build without second-guessing every move.

She has spent years working as a performer. Watching. Paying close attention to every part of the job around her. Knowing, somewhere deep down, that there was more she wanted to understand.
But she didn't know where to start.

Here's how she put it:
"Before CDPA, I was feeling curious about creative direction and production, but didn't exactly know where to start to gain knowledge and experience in the field. I've always paid close attention to other parts of the job when working as a performer, but knew I needed to seek out a way to know more."

That sentence right there. That is the exact person this program is built for.

The one who is already in rooms. Already observing, already knowing more than she's been given credit for. Just needing a structure, a language, and a community to match what she's already carrying.

After CDPA, Randi said something that I think about a lot:

"I've understood how my many years of dancing, teaching, and choreographing have given me tools that can translate and be used in this new exciting world."

She didn't just gain new knowledge. She recognized what she already had.

That is the shift.

And then there was the lighting field trip. She said she now sees lights and lasers differently every time she watches a show.

Once you know, you can't unknow. That's the point.

Randi is currently on a world tour, teaching classes, private sessions, and movement coaching for artists and creative projects. A website is coming. A next chapter is unfolding.
We are here for every step of it. 🤍 by @randiliberman
