They say age is just a number — but after 40, that number comes with a louder metabolism and energy that disappears faster than my alone time in a family bathroom. 😵‍💫

I’ve shown up for the gym for decades, but now it’s deeper than aesthetic or those washboard abs (ok, maybe a little!). It’s about nutritional discipline and a whole new level of respect for my body.

I juggle little humans, a career, a home — and the mental load that never clocks out 🧠🤯
So this is me in self-preservation mode for my biggest non-negotiable hour of the day — it’s when I refill my tank before the chaos begins.

Also, real talk, I wouldn’t be here without @stevecutgym @thecutgym. The programming, the support, the energy, the sweat — it’s been a game-changer.

Give me ONE book you’ve read this year that I shouldn’t miss.

16 books down and I’ve discovered my sweet spot: narrative non-fiction about power, ambition, extraordinary stories and, apparently, watching very smart people make spectacularly questionable decisions. 😂

2026: Bad Blood takes the top spot so far, with Empire of Pain, Born a Crime, The Trading Game, The Rosie Project and Demon Copperhead up there too.

Meanwhile, I seem to be raising two little readers of my own. ❤️📚

Singapore, you were a vibe. 🇸🇬

We somehow managed to pack in Lunar New Year, 15k+ steps a day, and 100s of shopping malls (bless the air con).

The boys discovered a deep love for kaya toast, @popmart and @pokemon stores, while we discovered that Singapore weather means surprise downpour followed by blazing sunshine and big puffy hair! On repeat!

Between chicken rice, chilli crab, excellent coffee, and wandering through neighbourhoods full of colour, it was the kind of trip that reminds you how fun it is to see the world through your kids’ eyes.
