✈️ WE ARE MOVING ✈️

The time has come for our family to begin a new chapter.

New York has been home for most of our lives. It’s where we grew, served, learned, built lifelong friendships, and experienced God’s faithfulness time and time again. @ccpvida Bronx has been much more than a church to us—it has been and will always be family.

As we prepare to move to Texas next week and join @pdvida_dfw our hearts are filled with gratitude and expectations of all of the things God is going to do.

We leave with tears in our eyes, but also with excitement in our hearts, knowing that the same God who called us here is now leading us there.

Texas, here we come. ❤️🤠

July flew by — and it was a good one. 🧡

We celebrated Independence Day with family. Got camera-ready for our North Fort Worth Real Producers feature. Packed in bowling, park days, movie nights, and a Build-A-Bear run with our crew!

And through it all? Business kept moving too — collabs, meals, meetings, and memories with the incredible clients and partners we get to work alongside.

We also closed out the month with some big news: we were honored to be included on the 2026 RealTrends Verified list, ranking in the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide. 🙏

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. For the glory of God and the good of others — here’s to an even better August. 👇

Proudly serving Argyle, Northlake, Denton, Justin, and Flower Mound. Start the conversation with us. 🏡

PRAISE GOD — what a day to celebrate! 🙌 Miranda Realty Team has officially been named one of the best real estate small teams in Argyle, Texas on the 2026 RealTrends Verified rankings — and we are overflowing with gratitude.

Here’s why this one hits different: only the top 1.5% of agents and teams in America make the list. RealTrends Verified is a data benchmark, not a traditional award. Every transaction and every dollar of volume is independently verified. Since 1987, it’s been the industry’s most trusted measure.

And the number? We ranked number 4 among small teams in Argyle. Verified. Published. Humbling. @realtrendsinc

But behind every verified number is a family we know by name. A first-time buyer getting keys. A walk-through before the drywall went up. A closing that came together right when it needed to. YOU are this ranking.

Paige and I met at UNT in Denton. We’ve bought and sold 7 homes of our own along this corridor. This isn’t just our market — it’s our home. And serving it will always be our honor.

To our team, our clients, and this community: we couldn’t do this without each other. This recognition belongs to all of us.

For the glory of God and the good of others. Always. ✝️

Join us in welcoming Randy and Katherine to the Miranda Realty Team — we couldn’t be more grateful to have them.

Two years ago, God put it on their hearts to leave New York and move to Texas. We met them right at the beginning of that journey — and we’ve been watching and waiting ever since. The blessing is always in the waiting. 🙏

Randy joins us as our Transaction Coordinator, keeping every deal organized, on track, and moving toward the closing table. Katherine steps in as our Social Media Manager, helping us tell the stories that matter most to this community.

Together with Paige, Kyra Johnson, and myself, our team is built to serve you at every stage — buying, selling, and navigating new construction along the I-35W Alliance Corridor.

Good business. Good people. For the glory of God and the good of others. 🧡

Welcome to the family, Randy and Katherine. It was worth every day of the wait.

Big thank you to @highlandhomes.pecansquare60s for hosting our team 🙏 and to @homefrontmedia.dfw 🎥🔥🔥
