Inspired by the glamour, craftsmanship, and architectural precision of the Art Deco Movement, our Foyer for THE MART SHOWHOUSE reinterprets its defining principles through a modern lens. Bold geometry, rich materials, and timeless sophistication come together to shape a memorable sense of arrival. Through the vision of Randy Heller Interiors, refined luxury is both experienced and felt from the moment one enters the room.
The design process began with a deep dive into Art Deco —reading, researching, and uncovering the fascinating details that defined this remarkable moment in design. Once we understood more about the period, we were able to reinterpret its principles through our own lens.
Don’t miss the final weeks to visit THE MART SHOWHOUSE Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM–3 PM, now through September 25.

Designed by Chicago’s own Randy Heller, the Showhouse foyer sets the tone from the very first step inside. The entry feels both elegant and inviting. We love Randy for her timeless approach, whether it be a new build or a historic renovation.

“The foyer creates a memorable sense of arrival, where refined luxury is both experienced and felt from the moment one enters the room.” — @randyhellerdesign

Our inspiration comes from everywhere. And with each new project, we challenging ourselves to learn, grow, become inspired always striving to hit our projects out of the ballpark. It's not an easy way to design, but for us, it's the only way to design.... by @randyhellerdesign

As we get closer to opening night of @themartshowrooms Showcase house, I realize the design process will never happen without its creative road blocks. We're in a room, feeling like nothing is happening the way we envisioned it to be, and all of a sudden, just like that, it all comes together. We are always telling our clients to trust the Design process and as creatives, we never stop questioning and challenging ourselves - Are we creating the very best it can be? Is there more to explore......That, my friend, is design. And, I wouldn't have it any other way.
