Happy Birthday, @dancer_primrose_thomas 🥰❤️😘🌸 . Another year of watching you become braver, kinder, stronger, and more you. From tiny steps to big stages, from quiet dreams to bold moments you amaze me every single day.

Here’s a little photo dump from last Friday game big shout to the O‑Line and the whole offence for opening up lanes and letting the run game breathe. You boys were moving bodies all day.

And to the defence… sorry we couldn’t bring home the win. You gave us chance after chance to get back into it, and that effort never goes unnoticed.

Not the result we wanted last night, but the fight and heart from the boys never changes. Wishing a speedy recovery to the lads who picked up injuries heal up and come back stronger.

Massive shoutout to the guys who suited up for their last game with the team. It’s been an absolute honour sharing the field with you. Your presence, your graft, your leadership… all of it will be missed.

Now it’s back to the lab, cooking. Time to bury my head in the playbook and get locked in for September. Onwards and upwards.

Got to watch my little girl @dancer_primrose_thomas and her dance school @theardapartnershipsltd open the World’s Biggest Dance Event, @moveitshow 2026. They had no idea they’d be the first performers on stage but what an honour, what an experience, and what a moment seeing them absolutely smash it out of the park.

Thank you so much @amberrosedance for giving her this incredible opportunity.

Got injured during Thursday’s game — absolutely gutted I couldn’t contribute for the team. But the real win was having my little girl there @dancer_primrose_thomas , cheering from the sidelines 🏈❤️. Her smile made every moment worth it. Time to rest, recover, and come back stronger for March 2026.

Proud to represent @armyamericanfootball

Huge thanks to the coaches for the time and effort you pour into this team 🙌
