“Zero is the starting point — don’t wait for one.” The fourth mentoring session of my @_catalyst__1 Voyage was with @ashar_mouzy , the visionary founder of @mouzy_india , whose practical wisdom and fearless approach to entrepreneurship were truly mind-blowing. He redefined how I look at beginnings. Start from zero, he said — because waiting for perfection often kills momentum. What matters is clarity and conviction. He shared how @mouzy_india , which began as a simple avil milk and juice concept, grew into a food replacement brand through smart observation and research. His words reminded us that marketing is not an expense, it’s an investment. He stressed the need for thorough research before launching any business or outlet, and the courage to stop if data says it won’t work. “Even if investors are ready,” he said, “don’t move forward unless your research supports it.” He also emphasized being legally clean and compliant, reminding that growth must stand tall before law and ethics. Finally, his approach to scaling was deeply practical, you don’t need a full-fledged team at the start; build as you grow. What truly counts is the knowledge you share and the clarity you build. Dr. Vishnu also highlighted the importance of ethical content creation and honest advertising. “Humility is the key to success.” The second mentoring session of my @_catalyst__1 voyage was with @dr.mueenhudawi Founder & Principal of @zaitooncampus , and it left a deep mark on how I view leadership. He reminded us that the truest leaders are those who serve. Success, in the end, belongs to those with a larger vision and a sincere heart. Drawing from the life of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), he beautifully linked spirituality with strategy, showing how divine values can guide even modern leadership and enterprise. He encouraged us to look at our ventures from multiple perspectives stakeholder, shareholder, employee, and community, because growth becomes meaningful only when it benefits all.
