Had a nice week in the states. Got to see the east coast this time. No jiujitsu in this one, just a bunch of pictures I took in NYC and Philly. by @rang_o_bjj

I feel like in competition you experience life only in the extremes. You can go from the highest point in your life to the lowest all in a matter of minutes. Unfortuneatly friday was one of the lowest. And although it feels like I'm not making progress, I think deep down I know that I am. At the end of the day its not the end result that matters but who you become getting there.

Even though I'm dissapointed in myself and my preformance I know I will be back better than ever.

Thanks to everyone @starkjiujitsu, @karlskronabjj and coach @maxlindbladjj for believing in me. by @rang_o_bjj

Competed at BJJ Nations 13 this weekend. One gold and one silver was a good warmup for Madrid.

Thank you @karlpegers, @liviarhodesbjj, @karl_martinsson for the coaching.

Thanks to everyone @starkjiujitsu for pushing me as always. by @rang_o_bjj
