I’m grateful!
For my second marathon, I was able to finish stronger than before. I didn’t reach my goal of finishing under 4 hours, but I still got a personal best with a time of 4 hours and 14 minutes. Truly grateful for that—especially because I got to do it in my hometown, Jakarta, with @btn_jakim

Five months of training with my clan @rpm.runningclub was really worth it. To my fellow marathoners, @romanpetraldy , Yoga and all the RPM team who ran the 21K race—you guys are awesome!

Still feeling the emotions, the atmosphere, the weather, and even the cheering of the crowd from running the Sydney Marathon.

WMM #1 — TCS Sydney Marathon 2026 🇦🇺
First World Marathon Major medal

Sydney definitely didn’t make it easy. The course had plenty of climbs, especially in those final kilometers when the legs were already screaming for mercy 🤣

No PB this time, but honestly, I’m still happy.
With only about 2 months of proper training after my preparation was interrupted by an injury, I’m just grateful to be out there, racing and enjoying the marathon again.

Huge love to everyone who supported me throughout this journey.

To my @rpm.runningclub family — thank you for showing up for those weekly long runs and putting in the miles with me. You guys made the hard days a lot more fun.

And of course, my biggest supporter — my wife @fionassukanta
Apparently, she was screaming her lungs out for me at KM 15…
and I heard absolutely nothing.
Sorry, cengku. 😂

This is just the beginning.
Hopefully, stronger training, stronger legs, and more PBs to come! 💪🔥

And yes… the final slide had to be the @unerd.footwear recovery sandals + post-medal victory dance. 🩴🏅
