Labor is not for the faint of heart 😅 It was the longest and hardest 24 hours of my life to date, yet somehow, at the same time, the most beautiful and holy thing I’ve ever experienced. 🥲🥹

What made all the difference was my team — my amazing doula, wonderful husband, and my incredible midwives. I truly don’t think I could have pushed through without them. Every time I wanted to quit or felt like I couldn’t go on, they leaned in with truth, strength, and prayer — reminding me that my body was made for this and that I was getting closer to meeting my baby.

Holding Elijah in the very tub I had dreamed of having him in was the most beautiful, rewarding, surreal, and holy moment. Words could never do it justice. A moment I’ll never forget — an encounter with heaven that will always be marked on my heart. 🤍

Telling all my pregnant friends about this one 😂

Jonathan and I have been taking @bioptimizers Magnesium Breakthrough for a while now. During pregnancy it’s really helped with sleep, restless legs, and digestion.

I ran out for a couple weeks and tried a different magnesium to hold me over — everything came back. Restless legs, bad sleep, & digestive issues. Got back on this one and it all settled down again.

That was enough proof for me 😅
