The little bites everyone goes back for 🍯 Hot Honey Brie Bites, made by @raniengineer.⁠

Creamy Brie, sweet fig jam, crisp pear and salty prosciutto, topped with Capilano Hot Chilli Honey. An easy way to bring a little sweet heat to your next get-together. #CapilanoHoney⁠
⁠
Ingredients:⁠
Store-bought crostini⁠
250g Brie cheese, sliced⁠
Pears, thinly sliced⁠
Fig jam⁠
Prosciutto⁠
Fresh rosemary sprigs⁠
Capilano Hot Chilli Honey⁠
⁠
Method:⁠
1. Arrange the crostini on a serving platter.⁠
2. Spread a layer of fig jam over each crostini.⁠
3. Add a thin slice of pear, followed by a slice of Brie.⁠
4. Ruffle up a slice of prosciutto and place it on top of the Brie.⁠
5. Add a small sprig of fresh rosemary to each bite.⁠
6. Drizzle generously with Capilano Hot Chilli Honey just before serving.⁠
7. Share around and enjoy! ⁠

Dessert for breakfast anyone?! ✨🇫🇷

Deviously delicious soft, golden Butter Loaf from @briochegourmet.au topped with homemade vanilla custard, a crisp caramelised crust and fresh blackberries. And voilà, toast just got a little bit ooh la la!😍

Here’s how to ↓

🍞 Cut 2 thick slices of the Butter Loaf
🥚 1 egg yolk
🥛 2 tbsp thickened cream
✨ 1 tbsp caster sugar
🤍 ½ tsp vanilla
✨ Extra caster sugar for the brûlée topping
🫐 Blackberries + powdered sugar, to serve

Make it…
Whisk egg yolk, cream, sugar and vanilla.
Press a shallow well into each brioche slice and spoon in the custard.
Bake at 180°C fan-forced for 8–10 mins, until just set. Sprinkle with caster sugar and grill for 1–3 mins, until golden and caramelised- Watch it like a hawk!
Finish with blackberries and a light dusting of powdered sugar.

An easy little taste of France at home. 🇫🇷

POV: I told everyone I had plans. Shhhhh! ☀️🍕🤫

And technically… I did.

My plans were: do absolutely nothing. 😂

No cooking. No washing up. No kids or husband asking me what’s for lunch. Just a delicious Woodfire Pepperoni Pizza from @dellarosafresh …crispy edges, gooey cheese, delicious pepperoni, a drizzle of olive oil, fresh basil and hot honey. 🍕🌿

Then? Sunshine, a magazine and a very necessary little afternoon of doing absolutely nothing. 🤍🥰

Honestly… 10/10 plans. Would cancel everything for this again. 😂
