one year post grad ♥️ i held back from posting because everything went wrong this specific week, my phone was stolen, my clothes didn’t arrive on time so i literally had to run to the mall to find everything, couldn’t finish the video bc of the delay in shipment, bundles not full, but i realized that no matter what the devil was trying to do, it allowed me to keep remembering that i am about to accomplish one of the most biggest challenges of my life and NOTHING was getting in the way of that. it’s always been me vs. me, at one point i wasn’t even able to see the end goal because i gave up on myself. God never did though. it’s like my experience gave i was being taunted by my own thoughts, blaming excuses on my upbringings, not choosing myself, it got dark! when i finally faced myself and allowed God to lead the way that’s when i seen the shift. i started to really see myself walking the stage, making my family proud, and i literally worked so hard for it. dance also was my escape. the video represents me overcoming obstacles , it’s all in the lyrics. one year post grad feels so unreal! seems like yesterday, i was walking the halls of the illustrious Clark Atlanta University still trying to find my way. a year later i’m still finding my way, but what’s so iconic about what Clark has taught me is if you don’t find it, MAKE ONE! there’s room for me, or imma make the room! we still chasing goals, we never stopping. let’s keep riding through the journey, i’m enjoying it. the good days outweigh the bad so i am pretty much in my mode 🦹🏽#fyp #explore #contentcreator #atl #postgrad raniyajanaee by @raniyajanaee
