My first post since March…

Lately, I’ve been learning that you can be grateful for your life and still feel exhausted by it sometimes.

I’ve been pushing, planning, rebuilding, questioning, letting go, and trying to become a better version of myself; and some days, that feels heavier than I know how to explain.

I’m learning to stop forcing connections, stop ignoring my intuition, and stop giving so much of myself to situations that leave me drained. I still want to love deeply, trust people, dream big, and believe that good things are coming. I just want to do it without losing myself in the process.

So if I’ve been quieter lately, I’m not disappearing. I’m growing. I’m protecting my peace. I’m figuring things out privately.

I don’t have all the answers yet, but I’m still here. Still trying. Still hopeful. Still becoming. 🤍

I’ve been in China for nearly 6 years, and I truly can’t express how grateful I am for this journey. This country has given me growth, inspiration, unforgettable memories, and some of the most genuine, kind, and hardworking people I’ve ever met. China will always hold a special place in my heart ❤️
