The best thing I ever did was back ME.

Most people only see who I am now BUT not the journey that got me here - so I put together 20 slides capturing the milestones, heartbreaks, lessons and wins from the last 13 years.

Every time our kids come to us with something and feel heard, we’re building that connection 💙 And the more comfortable they are talking to us about the everyday stuff, the more natural it becomes to come to us when something bigger is on their mind.

What we repeat to our kids can become part of the voice they carry with them 💙 Raniera’s affirmation practice is about building that sense of self early. So when something doesn’t feel right, there’s already something within them saying: this doesn’t match what I know about myself🫶

Eccentric focused mahi, different kind of workout and stimulus. It's hard but necessary as the body needs change for it to grow.

Half marathon PB ✅

Set a goal 7 weeks ago to hit a sub 1:52 half marathon for the 12-week squad challenge - today we hit that sucker and smashed it with a time of 1:48 😤

Grateful for the dubby @honemusic_ for pacing me, bringing the vibes, hitting me with the chat and pulling me through the trenches.

Would have been a different story tryna do that on my own - NGĀ MIHI tama 💙
